"In case you don't want to read the whole thing: The old place (Phi Vietnamese was AMAZING and this new place is gross. Won't go here again. I LOVED Phi Vietnamese (previous restaurant before it was sold and rebranded . I was a regular there and the Pho was great. Most items on their menu were amazing (the ones I tried and they were known for their savory crepe. I hadn't been aware they'd sold, but the menu looked pretty much the same so my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try (though I had low expectations because I loved Phi Vietnamese so much. What was the likelihood the recipes would be the same under new owners? Why even keep the same recipes if you can't do them as well? Atmosphere: Sad. First and foremost, I know the place is relatively new, but I think a prison has more character and decorations. This could be that they are new and haven't finished furnishing though, so I won't hold that against them too much. Service: Lacking. The one person working didn't understand a ton of stuff and (despite being the only people in the restaurant was not attentive at all. We had to go up to her to get things for our table. The Food: We ordered the savory crepe, fried beef dumplings. I got Pho and my bf got a sausage vermicelli bowl. The savory crepe was DISGUSTING. It was basically an egg omelet with wayyy too many bean sprouts inside. There was no crispiness, or really any flavor except eggs. If you were a fan of Phi Vietnamese crepe, DON'T GET THIS. You'll be super disappointed. The dumplings were Ok. Normal for dumplings. They were fine. I was excited for the Pho, because I love Pho and Phi Vietnamese had the best Pho in Doylestown and surrounding areas. Let me tell you, the Pho now is gross. Bland, the color was practically clear and all of the hearty and in-depth flavor was not there. It was a MAJOR disappointment. 100% not worth the price. Not to mention that I asked for the noodles on the side because I don't like a ton of them, and the waitress didn't understand and served them in it. Not the end of the world, but something they didn't struggle with before. My bf's bowl was good, except they gave him beef instead of sausage. It was nicely seasoned, so that's why they get an extra star. Bottom line, if you liked Phi Vietnamese, do not go here. I will never go here again. Overall, super sad that Phi is gone and this place's food def wasn't worth the $60. I will be searching for a new place for Pho."

The beef broth in the Bun Bo Hue soup was rich and flavorful. It has a nice spice to it. The vegetables were fresh and crisp in the spring roll and noodle salad. The restaurant was very clean ....the waiter was delightful and the food arrived quickly. We will be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I loved Phi’s pho. It was better than any other pho I have ever had. When the ownership changed, I was happy to find that the pho was the same. But now the new owners have changed the recipe and made it inedible. In addition, the peanut sauce with the summer roll is now watery and has an odd taste. I won’t be going back unless they go back to the old recipe. Service: Take out Food: 1 View menu

so good! i always get the shrimp summer rolls and they’re so fresh and delicious, and the chicken pho is an amazing favorite as well. i also love the thai tea! i’ve only met one employee so far and she’s so kind and incredibly attentive! my dining companions have had the lemongrass tofu, and lemongrass chicken vermicelli, which they loved. i would be in multiple times a week if it weren’t for the long commute! two thumbs upVegetarian options: my friend is vegan and there are plenty of options for him!Dietary restrictions: i had notified the server of my allergies and she kindly brought my dish with a new sauce (as opposed to no sauce) without me having to ask! they also have a clear notice o...

Fusion Palace opened a Few months ago (summer 2023). Prior, there was a different restaurant here called Phi which was a different owner. It was also Vietnamese. Most of these 300 reviews are for Phi, not for Fusion Palace. So, be aware of this when reading the reviews. That said, my wife is Vietnamese and we used to live in Little Saigon in Philly so we have a high bar for Vietnamese food. I ordered a summer rolls and grilled pork vermicelli to go at lunch. They were both good and I’d go back again! Suggestions for the owners (because I want them to succeed): 1) I understand “minimalism” but the interior seems unfinished. There wasn’t any art on the walls or any music on when I went in. Add...
