New place and it is a working process. They should make the atmosphere more culture focus..the food was really really good, brings back memories backpacking Vietnam..the people are friendly. I will recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The beef broth in the Bun Bo Hue soup was rich and flavorful. It has a nice spice to it. The vegetables were fresh and crisp in the spring roll and noodle salad. I loved Phi’s pho. It was better than any other pho I have ever had. When the ownership changed, I was happy to find that the pho was the same. But now the new owners have changed the recipe and made it inedible. In addition, the peanut sauce with the summer roll is now watery and has an odd taste. Fusion Palace opened a Few months ago (summer 2023). Prior, there was a different restaurant here called Phi which was a different owner. It was also Vietnamese. Most of these 300 reviews are for Phi, not for Fusion Palace. So, be aware of this when reading the reviews. That said, my wife is Vietnamese and we used to live in Little Saigon in Philly so we have a high bar for Vietnamese food. I ordered a summer rolls and grilled pork vermicelli to go at lunch. In case you don't want to read the whole thing: The old place (Phi Vietnamese was AMAZING and this new place is gross. Won't go here again. I LOVED Phi Vietnamese (previous restaurant before it was sold and rebranded . I was a regular there and the Pho was great.
