"Fuze was definitely the restaurant of the summer for my family. When I first went in mid-July I ordered the Veal a la Fuze since I heard many wonderful things about this dish. I was definitely not disappointed. The plate has three veal medallions covered in crab meat with two scallops and two shrimp. Check out the picture I posted for a better idea. The Veal a la Fuze was so good that I had to order it the two other times I went to the restaurant this summer. I also sampled some of my mom's Veal Eggplant dish and that too did not disappoint . For appetizers, the meatball dish is great. It's one big meatball, covered in tomato sauce, basil, and a spoonful of ricotta. Very awesome. Also recommended is the Arancini w/Tomato Fresh Mozzarella. It's a breaded fried ball of rice and two come to an order. Basically, you aren't going to go wrong here really, but every time I go I just can't help getting that Veal a la Fuze dish. It is BYOB and reservations are recommended, especially on weekends."

The food here is good but overpriced. The highlight of the meal is definitely the bread served with fresh roasted garlic. The outdoor seating is beautiful in the summer.

The massive 6 oz meatball for $14 is definitely worth every cent. The calamari is perfect, the Caesar salad is delicious, and the eggplant stuffed with ricotta and spinach is fantastic. The angel hair with marinara and the angel hair with garlic and oil are also top-notch. Overall, everything was excellent.

Great classic shore Italian food. My toddler son is on a meatball habit lately and loved it. I had the veal a la fuze, and other members of the party really enjoyed their meals as well. Great dining experience. Food was excellent and our server, Julie was awesome. She was great with recommendations and very knowledgeable about the menu. She really took the experience up a notch. They had a fresh pasta special which most of us had in one form or another. I had mine a la fuze which is topped with shrimp, crab and scallops in a white wine sauce. Wife had the pasta Bolognese. We came here during Memorial Day weekend. It was our first time coming to Fuze. The ambiance has a nice beach elegance. It seemed like the place was getting used to the start of season rush... we noticed other tables were given bread but we didn't get any (until we asked), they were short on water glasses so we didn't get water relief until our app came out, there was an extra app that we didn't order on our bill, the staff was friendly but could have stepped it up a level no one offered an ice bucket for the wine for example.
