hours are wrong. on Sunday at 15 o'clock. listed hours are up to 730 clock. open sign was on and customers were inside, but they said they were closed. No idea what's going on.

Solid place to stop by for some food for your soul! I've only been here twice but the service has been great both times and the serving sizes are always overwhelmingly large. I ordered food on a snowy night and waited for two and a half hours for it to arrive, which was 40+ minutes later than the original estimate. The delivery driver left half of the order in the car and drove away. When I called to get the rest of my food and express my frustration, I was rudely told to have some humanity and hung up on. Additionally, the food was only okay.

I'm not typically a fan of barbecue but the Reuben sandwich here was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The brisket is incredibly tender and juicy and honestly the day after I first tried it I came back and ordered it again. If you're eating in there isn't a ton of seating and it can be slower than some other restaurants but it's definitely worth it. Grubhub also delivers :

We normally like the food at Gateway Barbecue, especially the variety of burgers And the delicious side dishes including the potato salad, Corn on the Cob,and apple slaw. More recently the delivery service switched from Ithaca to go to Grub hub. Tonight our food took an hour and 37 minutes to get here because the driver drove all around College town dropping off food before they got to our house. But worse than that when I called the restaurant to ask politely why it was taking so long the restaurant hung up on me! If you want to get their food You have to walk in there and get it and be prepared for taking a lot of time. View menu
