Got a brownie sundae. Very delicious but very sweet. Felt like it should be called chocolate diebetus Sunday. Customer service girl was polite. Nice clean place.

The ice cream and shakes here are excellent—rich and creamy. They offer some great deals on chocolate as well. I tried the Gold Rush sundae, and it was delicious.

I'm not someone who craves a lot of sweets but I specifically crave the sundaes from here more often than I was aware I would when I first tried it. Dark chocolate all the way! And give the salted caramel a try! View menu

The hot brownie and fudge here are absolutely delicious—I'd come just for the brownies! The whipped cream is fantastic as well; it's thick and rich. The chocolate ice cream is incredibly indulgent and not overly sweet, with a wonderful texture.

Great stop on the way home to So Cal. to cure a dessert craving. We had the banana split with was yummy and you are able to change the ice cream flavors to your choice. Prices for candy are about 20% under retail. Cashier are friendly and it wasn't too crowded.

Ghirardelli is undoubtedly my favorite chocolate brand! I had the opportunity to visit the Ghirardelli Chocolate Outlet Ice Cream Shop a few times back in 2015, and I still cherish those memories. We ordered the Banana Split and the Hot Fudge Sundae, respectively. I had Rocky Road ice cream, in lieu (supply chain being what it is in COVID times) of chocolate an excellent suggestion from Allianna. The Rocky Road, Strawberry, and Vanilla ice creams in my Banana Split were rich and flavorful. The luxurious hot fudge, thick whipped cream, and firm bananas balanced out the sweet pineapple and sweet and tangy strawberry toppings very well. That being said, even a simple

02/27/2023: Haven't been here in years! We stopped in on our way home from the Bay Area. The shop is small, but there is a counter and a couple of small tables inside to enjoy your ice cream treats. The shop doubled as a store, so you can purchase all your favorite Ghirardelli chocolates and even baking mixes like cakes, brownies, and cookies. It's a great little spot, so I encourage people to check it out. Nothing beats a true, freshly made Ghirardelli hot fudge sundae... yummy!

If you're traveling along I-5 and spot this gem, make sure to stop in for a sundae. It’s the perfect way to break up a long drive and indulge in some serious chocolate bliss. I tried the 72% Dark Chocolate sundae shake, and it exceeded my expectations. However, if you're looking for something comparable to the sweet offerings at Disney World, you might be slightly disappointed. Remember, this is a chocolate shop, not an amusement park.
