"Meal Type: Lunch Price per Person: $10–20 Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5 I recently dined here for lunch, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience across the board. The food left much to be desired, lacking flavor and freshness, which was particularly upsetting given the price range. The service was equally underwhelming; the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took a long time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for our meals to arrive. As for the atmosphere, it was rather dull and uninviting, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience."

The restaurant has a cafeteria-style setup, serving deep Southern cuisine. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Upon entering from the front, you proceed to the back where you can select one of several main dishes along with two sides. While many might refer to it as soul food, it reminded me of the meals I enjoyed growing up. Some dishes were excellent, while others were a bit lacking, but I would certainly be happy to return.
