"This food cart is fantastic for all things Halal, offering a variety of delicious options like Chicken over Rice, Lamb over Rice, Falafel over Rice, and Shrimp over Rice. You can even mix and match any of the items! The prices are incredibly reasonable, allowing you to enjoy a hearty meal for just $10 in a downtown area. They also serve wraps and burgers, which I’m looking forward to trying on my next visit!"

The combo over rice was tasty, although the meat was somewhat dry. Nevertheless, I would definitely give it another try! View menu

The French fries are consistently soft and lack crispiness; they really need to be cooked longer. However, the lamb and shrimp over rice is fantastic. There are several cooks in the kitchen, and the Egyptian brother is the standout when it comes to cooking. On a positive note, the staff is very well-mannered.

The flavors were quite Indian, but the lamb wasn't cooked well. It was too tender and lacked the crispy grill marks I was hoping for; it tasted more like it came from a gyro machine than a well-fried grill. Also, pairing red onions with the lamb didn't work for me. Overall, the Lamb Over Rice was disappointing.

LOVE this place! Every time I travel to JC for work, this is a MUST!This evening, I walked down from my hotel to grab dinner and they were just closing. They actually made dinner for me, even though they were ready to pull away. (Thanks SO MUCH, Guys : The lamb is so amazingly tender, the white sauce is super fantastic, and I LOVE the hot sauce! Can't wait till next time! View menu

"I had the most incredible gyro and cheese fries I've ever tasted! After traveling abroad, I was pleasantly surprised to discover such delicious gyros right here in the US. Hassan is an exceptional cook, and the photos really don’t capture just how amazing this food is. The restaurant is located just across from Walmart in Bayonne. Parking is convenient, and it’s a kid-friendly place!"

Their chicken over rice is an absolute flavor explosion! I can't even describe how tasty it is. The chicken is incredibly tender and seasoned to perfection, and it's just mouthwateringly good. But here's the secret sauce (pun intended): their hot sauce is the perfect blend of spicy and flavorful, and the white sauce is like a creamy dream. When you combine them with that juicy chicken, it's a heavenly experience for your taste buds. Trust me, I can't get enough of this dish! Highly, highly recommended!

"I love Vibez! Def good vibes too,and always nice to support a local minority owned business. And even though I have a blender and juicer, I visit frequently (it's literally a block away so I pass it all the time). A lot of great juice/smoothie options and a lot of choices for making your own. I'm not vegan/veg so I was never inclined to try the food out but wow when I had the lentil patty I was blown away, much better than a traditional beef patty, the crust is super flaky and the lentils are perfectly seasoned. I'd say definitely a go-to of mine, and can't wait to try other food items there. I hate to leave off with something negative, but there is an employee there that sometimes takes a really long time to complete an order, I'd call in a for pickup and often times would be waiting 15-20 minutes for my drink to be ready. And another time I ordered a drink with mint and it was extract instead of fresh mint, which I had no idea otherwise I wouldn't have ordered with it. When I took a sip it was super overwhelming and honestly bad tasting. I asked if she could make the drink again (well more so pleased because she wasn't with it at first), but I think she just poured out half and added more apple juice because I could still taste it. I didn't want to push the inside, but I think fresh mint should be an option since extract can over power other flavors and leave a bad after taste. With that being said, I will still frequent Vibez and it's a great option to have in the heights."
