"I had the Spicy Drunken Shell, Shumai, and one more dish that I can't recall, but they were all incredibly delicious. I had never tried a Chinese cold mussel dish before, but the shells were exceptionally fresh and juicy, and I appreciated that it wasn't too salty. The topping of greens was just right, complementing the fresh shells perfectly. This was definitely the best food we experienced during our time in Oahu, aside from the Poke spots! The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. I left feeling very satisfied."

Happy New Year! I visited on New Year's Day, and the take-out line was quite long. The shiitake dim sum was excellent, along with the shrimp dumplings and green onion pancakes.

One of the best places I've ever been to! I loved how they come around at lunch with most popular dishes ready to go. It's absolutely a place you have to stop at. Every single thing we had was delicious. Everyone left full and we spent less than $50 for 3 people. I wish I could come back here all the time, I'd be a regular!

Went for Dim sum. They didn't follow the State Covid regulations. They didn't ask for IDs or proof of Vaccinations or temp checks. No glass partrician at check out or 6ft spacing. The servers were wearing masks though. That being said the food was hot and delicious. The service was fast and responsive to our needs. The prices were also very reasonable. View menu

Ginger Garlic is a clean restaurant with impeccable restrooms! I absolutely loved the shrimp dish—they were fantastic! The chicken with Choi Sum and the cake noodles were a must-try, with a delicious gravy that tied everything together. My disabled, retired Navy veteran is looking forward to visiting again soon! The honey shrimp with walnuts was delightful as well!
