"Love the food, but recent inconsistencies are driving me away. Ordered delivery twice in the last couple of weeks. It took over an hour and the pizza was lukewarm. Second time, it took over an hour once again and multiple garlic butters were missing. Prior to Giovanni’s, the owner has zero experience in the restaurant industry. He’s turned the establishment around back into being as good as it was in the 1990s, but a substantial amount of complaints regarding his abysmal treatment of employees has soured many on Giovanni’s, and it has likely led to even higher turnover than what is already typical in restaurants. The owner can be generous and benevolent, factually so, but you can’t constantly belittle nor misbehave towards your employees and expect to foster a good working environment and yield great food on a consistent basis that way. I’m gonna take a lengthy break from ordering as it’s been underwhelming."

The pizza is delicious. It's clear that they take great pride in the quality of their food. I want to really brag on Rusty Hess for delivering the pizza, the fact that the owner took the time to personally ensure that my order was delivered promptly and with care speaks volumes about Giovanni's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's not every day that someone in his position would go out of their way to help the way he does, it just show's his commitment to our community and this business.
