"You can't go wrong with the deal of a Chicago slice and an RC soda at this restaurant! This isn't your typical deep dish pizza like Lou Malnati's or Giordano's, but a delicious thin crust option with a crunchy goodness that you have to try. It's a real gem that even famous food critic David Portnoy from Barstool should check out. As he always says, "One bite everyone knows the rules." I have tried a lot of pizza in my life, and I can confidently say that this is the best option in the Montclair or Elmwood Park areas. I plan to try their beef and other menu items and will update my review. I also want to give a shoutout to the kitchen team for their friendly and customer service-oriented approach. This place is perfect for catering events, whether large or small, or just for a casual Friday night meal with the family."

I'm quite surprised that this place has a 4-star rating. It took over an hour for our order to arrive. We ordered mozzarella sticks, but one of them was just fried bread, with no mozzarella inside. We also got chicken fettuccine Alfredo, which had very little sauce—hardly any at all. It was quite disappointing. The pizza wasn't great either. Perhaps dining in is a better experience than ordering for delivery. I'm giving the service three stars because the delivery driver was friendly, and the person who answered the phone when I called to check on my order was very nice as well.

The service was inadequate, as the pizza took almost an hour to arrive after we placed our order. The cashier, who took our order, seemed completely clueless and was not at all helpful. The final straw came when she refused to provide a bag for our pizza. Considering the prices they charge, there are plenty of other restaurants that offer better food and service.
