"Amazing gluten-free and vegan products!!! I recently purchased several items including their hamburger buns, cookie doughs, english muffins, croissants, everything bagels. Fair warning their croissants and bagels are not true to a ?traditional?croissant or bagel. I would consider them more of a dinner roll/ mini bread loaf but they are still absolutely delicious. All ofthe bread items I have tried so far are fluffy and they have an elasticity to them that is extremely difficult to find inproducts that don?t contain gluten. They are not dry or crumbly and they don?t fall apart like a lot of gluten-free products outthere. I am so excited to have discovered this bakery and I can?t wait to try more of their products!"

Very friendly staff. I can enjoy cupcakes and bagels that taste good. This store bakes everything fresh, without using the most common allergans. I can't have wheat or eggs. If you go, you have to try the grahm cracker they are to die for. Yiu will not besorry.

Some recent health issues have forced me to drastically change my diet. Came into Gluten Free Things, Inc. and was pleasantly surprised to see that they not only have gluten free items, but dairy, egg, soy, corn, and nut! The owner was kind and patientand showed a lot of passion for his product. Tonight, I made my first gluten free pizza with his crust, and I was notdisappointed, one bit! View menu

I visited this restaurant because I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and wanted to try some gluten-free options. They offer a variety of innovative gluten-free dishes, and their prices are great compared to other places I've seen. They also have many vegan and dairy-free options. The edible cookie dough is absolutely fantastic, and I'm thrilled that I can still enjoy simple treats like this.

The people that bake in this shop are so nice and personally showed me their inventory and answered all my questions. And omg, these baked goods are the absolute best. I don?t know how they do it, but I honestly could not tell that they were gluten free.I got some cupcakes, brownie cookies and English muffins and my family LOVED all of them. The English muffins especially had themost amazing texture. *chefs kiss*

The staff at this bakery are incredibly friendly and took the time to personally show me their selection while answering all my questions. And wow, the baked goods are simply outstanding! I genuinely can't believe they are gluten-free. I tried the cupcakes, brownie cookies, and English muffins, and my family absolutely adored everything. The English muffins had an incredible texture. Highly recommend! *Kissing Church*

I recently tried some amazing gluten-free and vegan products from this bakery! I picked up several items, including their hamburger buns, cookie dough, English muffins, croissants, and all kinds of bagels. Just a heads-up: their croissants and bagels aren't exactly like traditional ones. I’d describe them more as dinner rolls or mini loaves of bread, but they are absolutely delicious nonetheless. Every type of bread I've tried so far is fluffy and has a wonderful elasticity that's hard to find in gluten-free options. They're not dry or crumbly and don't fall apart like many gluten-free products do. I'm so excited to have found this bakery and can't wait to sample more of their offerings!

"So I suppose it's up to the manager of a restaurant whether to replace a returned entree at no extra charge the customer for the uneaten food. Whatever the policy at Sakana (we didn't ask when we saw the item in question added to our bill, we didn't feel like getting into an argument), we still found the attitude of the server when my girlfriend didn't enjoy her spicy miso ramen to be unacceptable. Instead of simply offering a replacement when my girlfriend explained that she couldn't taste any miso in the broth, the lady server told us that the miso ramen tasted as intended and that adding more paste to the broth would make it too salty. It still didn't taste very good, but whatever. Fine. My gf orders the curry ramen instead. It's pretty decent, nothing to write home about. At the end of the meal, we get charged full price for the spicy miso even tho all she ate of it was the egg added at additional cost. Did not mention this before the bill came out. We probably would've moved on without complaint if we hadn't been talked down to when trying to replace the order or had the return policy more clearly explained to us. Will not be coming back due to this experience. I've been to better and more expensive restaurants that return and replace an entree, no questions asked, especially when -you didn't eat it-. I've had $50 steaks taken back without being charged, but you're gonna die on the hill of your watery $15 ramen? No thx. The food, for the most part, is okay. My tonkutsu ramen broth was acceptable, tho my pork was overcooked. My gf's replacement curry ramen was better than the spicy miso, but it was not great. It did have tasty fried chicken, but very few other ingredients besides noodles and spinach. She wasn't so into it. Where the cuisine shines is the sushi. The fish tastes like it's well sourced and is adequately competitive for the price range. We didn't love the ramen experience, but we were actually considering coming back just for the sushi before we saw that they'd charged us for the returned food. The shrimp shumai appetizer was tasty but a little skimpy on the portions, four tiny dumplings for $8 or $9. Ultimately, Sakana is worth going to if you just want sushi and don't mind a somewhat cramped and loud atmosphere during peak hours and a snooty attitude from the staff. I'd have added more stars if not for the service experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Nigiri"
