"Located in the Lewes area of Delaware, this restaurant offers a taste of England in a modern and lively setting. With decorations like a scooter outside, a car inside, a "MIND THE GAP" sign, and a cutout of the queen, it's a fun place to take some photos while enjoying good food. The fish and chips are highly recommended, but you can also opt for a twist like fish and Caesar salad. Prices are reasonable for the beach area, and the shepherd's pie is another popular choice. Those who have tried fish and chips in old English pubs found them to be a close match. Authentic English dishes like mushy peas and curry sauce are also available. Service is good, despite a slightly long wait for food due to the busy atmosphere. Overall, this restaurant is a great spot to experience a bit of British culture and cuisine."

The fish and chips at this seaside town restaurant are excellent and reasonably priced. They also serve a tasty shepherd's pie.

I always wanted to try this year. I wasn't disappointed. I had the fish chips that were very good. I tried some chickens from my granddaughter meal. That was perhaps even better than the fish, very tasty. The young man worked great! He treated the counter, phone, served as our waiter. Everything while it is very personal. Hold him!

We always order fish and chips for under $30 for two people at this restaurant. The food is always great, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect. We usually dine in for lunch and always have a fantastic experience. The price per person is usually between $10-20. Overall, we would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

My family recently relocated to this area and we had been eyeing this restaurant for a while. Today, we finally had the chance to dine here and we were not disappointed at all. The fish and chips, as well as the jumbo shrimp, were incredibly delicious. We will definitely be returning soon, and we were impressed by the GO Brit beer. The staff was extremely friendly and made our first experience here fantastic. View menu

A little pricy for some things, but still excellent. My British expat of a husband and I love coming here for dinner when we are local. Their fish is excellent, and the chips are thick like they are supposed to be. Servings are generous for the fish. The mushy peas and the curry sauce were great, too! Servers are friendly and attentive. This time, we treated ourselves to the sticky toffee pudding and oh man, it was worth it! So warm and gooey, our son loved trying it. Will definitely get that the next time we are local.

Although Go Brit has a great atmosphere, our visit left a lot to be desired. Despite there being only 2 other tables, we had to wait to be seated. Our questions about the menu were met with brief answers. I ordered the bangers and mash, but the potatoes were so overpoweringly garlic-flavored that I couldn't eat them. The mushy peas were unappetizing. My husband's chicken skewers were dry and barely edible. The service was lacking, with the waitress hardly seen and us having to flag down another staff member for assistance. Despite the abundance of ads for this place, we left feeling very disappointed.
