"The couple that runs this place is friendly and kind, BUT the restaurant itself is extremely dirty.The grill top were the noodles are cooked was filled with grease and a lot of burnt food was piled to the side.Each guest serves their own food, buffet style onto a bowl. Everyone touches the same utensils. There is scraps of food everywhere. There is an old beverage fridge full of dust and grease. The place is just dirty and unsanitary.The man cooking kept coughing while cooking.. he wore a surgical mask, but it made all of us waiting there, uncomfortable."

I visited today and noticed how dirty the place was; it really affected my dining experience. The staff seemed to be arguing over my green tea boba, which was quite distracting. I would recommend going to McDonald's instead.

You can get a bowl for $9 and fill it up as much as you'd like for the chef to cook for you. I usually load up on meat before adding a generous portion of noodles. They also provide rice, so you can essentially enjoy two meals from just one order.

I really love this place and have been coming here for years. I've perfected my technique for loading up my bowl with as much meat, vegetables, and noodles as I can. I like to top it off with garlic sauce, house sauce, and chili sauce. You can see mine all the way on the right!

We considered leaving, but ultimately decided to stay. The staff member at our table was unprofessional, licking his fingers while he worked. The countertops were dirty, and the food containers were left open, attracting flies. Additionally, the grill was messy, covered in food scraps and burned noodles, even though the place was completely empty.
