"Three days later, when I called to inquire about the discount, I spoke to a manager on a Saturday who acted as if my previous conversation with Ken had never happened. Despite having the date, time, and his phone number on my caller ID, my concerns were brushed aside, and I was treated poorly. This time, the pizza I ordered was significantly more expensive, and I didn't receive the deal that Ken had promised. To make things worse, the pizza tasted terrible, especially the sauce. I've talked to others who ordered from them recently, and they also expressed dissatisfaction with the sauce and the lackluster customer service. It's clear that this establishment doesn't value its customers. I've now switched to ordering from Winco, which offers pizzas from a company that supports the disabled and delivers quality at 70% less than Godfather's. I'm really frustrated with Godfather's for misleading me back in 2011 and for their overall poor treatment of customers. Companies that disregard customer care don’t thrive for long, and this has already been evident in Portland, where four of their locations have closed. I truly believe that they will continue to lose customers due to their unwillingness to provide good service and their consistent dishonesty."

Good pizza for sure and I love how they placed the toppings under a layer of cheese so everything wasn't falling off. Nothing super special about their pizza, but it was good. Definitely recommend this location, not sure on the other locations.

The pizza at Godfather's Pizza was overpriced for the portion size. What I received was far from what I expected—greasy and soggy, lacking flavor, spice, and overall taste. It seems times have changed, as their pizza used to be excellent. Perhaps new corporate management is cutting corners.
