"I was told over the phone to call an hour before our arrival so they could arrange tables for us, which sounded perfect. So, an hour prior to our arrival, I called, only to be told by a staff member that they couldn't accommodate us and that it was first come, first served. Given that I knew the restaurant wasn't very busy at 4 PM—exactly why we chose that time to avoid the dinner rush—I found this frustrating. My sister-in-law had even come in from Canada to surprise my husband, arriving at 3:15 PM to wait for us so that we could all sit together. However, the restaurant was not crowded at that time at all."

It was amazing I took my family here and the staff were so nice and the buffet was delicious and loaded with multiple choices. The lady cleaning table Stephanie B. was very nice and quick. Always smiling and willing to help. Her area was the cleanest in restaurant.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. The food was hard when it shouldn’t have been, with dry fish and gummy potatoes. The bathroom was dirty, and the supplies were not restocked. The floors were also unclean. On a positive note, the waitress was nice, but overall, I won't be returning to this place.

1. There was a cockroach on my table, which was absolutely revolting. 2. The food was bland; everything was either soggy, stale, or lacked seasoning. 3. The restrooms appeared to have not been cleaned all day. 4. While the waitress was sweet, she never introduced herself, but that was the least of my concerns given all the other issues. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I visited just before lunch ended and paid only $9.99 per adult. I also ordered water and brought my own drink packets, as drinks cost nearly $3 each if you don’t. Every dollar counts for me, so this feels like a special treat. The food was delicious, though. I saw a sign on the door saying that the new closing time is 8 PM, while Google listed it as 8:30 PM. My kids and I drove 20 miles to visit, only to arrive at 7:56 PM. However, we were stopped at the entrance and told that the bar would be closing in 10 minutes, making us feel unwelcome. In the end, we decided to eat at Panera Bread instead, which was a good option. We would like some compensation for the trouble we experienced.

You might wonder why they deserve a five-star rating. It's mainly because they are an open, non-Chinese buffet during the Pandemic Era, and the food was excellent. I can't say I remember much about my waitress or the cashier, which suggests they performed their duties well without drawing attention to themselves. The salad buffet was so impressive that I could easily write another couple of pages about it. And the steak? Simply perfect. Overall, it's great food and generous portions.
