"I had a disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. It was the only option available for sit-down dining at the time so we decided to settle for it. We sat outside on their patio, which had artificial sunlight and overlooked the hotel inside the casino. Despite the efforts to make it look bright and green, there were flies buzzing around which was quite unpleasant. I ordered the country fried steak dinner, but it did not look appetizing. The menu promised seasonal vegetables, but I was only served a single zucchini, and half of it at that. The steak was thin and lacked seasoning, and even the gravy did not improve the dish, as I had to add Tabasco sauce to make it tolerable. Overall, it was not worth dining here and I would rather opt for fast food next time."

The staff was very friendly. The food was good, if not a little bit cold. But they agreeably fixed any mistakes and we had a great meal

The uncooked food was terrible, so I had to get takeout even though they advertise 24-hour dining. The service was not great. I rated the food a 1, service a 5, and atmosphere a 1. Dinner cost over $100 per person.

The dining experience was enjoyable. We were promptly seated, ordered our meals, and finished everything within 25 minutes of arriving. The atmosphere was pleasant, with clean tables, and the waitress was attentive. View menu

I am confused as to why they removed the menus. 80% of their customers are elderly and many of them are not able to scan a QR code to view the menu. This restaurant used to be our favorite place to eat, but with the significant price increase, slow service, and shortage of staff, our group will not be returning. Additionally, it was frustrating to see servers socializing at tables with their family and friends instead of attending to customers. Waiting 20 minutes for our order to be taken while they socialized was not a good look.

"My recent dining experience at Rainbow Steakhouse was truly unforgettable, marked by unexpected surprises and an exciting array of flavors. Despite a few hiccups, the overall quality of the food and the welcoming ambiance made for a delightful evening. As soon as I stepped into the steakhouse, I was enchanted by its elegant and cozy atmosphere. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and promptly seated me at a comfortable table. The menu offered an impressive variety of dishes, highlighted by the enticing smoky aroma of perfectly cooked steaks. To start my culinary journey, I decided to try the cream of asparagus chicken soup. It was rich and velvety, with a subtle hint of asparagus that provided a refreshing touch. What truly elevated the dish, however, was a generous dollop of creamy butter that enhanced the flavors beautifully. It was a true delight for my taste buds. Unfortunately, the evening took an unexpected turn when a nearby diner ordered a fish dish that emitted a rather strong smell. The aroma wafted through the air, slightly detracting from the delightful dining experience. It was an unfortunate incident that temporarily disrupted the otherwise charming ambiance. While enjoying my main course, I faced another unexpected situation involving the pepper mill. As I attempted to season my steak, the mill misfired, sending pepper flying onto the tablecloth and my plate. While it was a humorous moment, it was a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided with a little more care. In an unfortunate mishap, I also accidentally swallowed a small piece of the aforementioned fish while chatting, leaving a lingering fishy taste in my mouth for the rest of the evening. However, I must commend the staff for their prompt response and sincere apologies, which ensured that this incident didn’t overshadow my overall experience. Despite these minor setbacks, the food quality at Rainbow Steakhouse was undoubtedly impressive. My steak was cooked to perfection, with a tender, juicy texture that melted in my mouth. The accompaniments were equally delightful, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that perfectly complemented the star of the dish. The attentive and professional service from the staff was another highlight of the evening. They quickly addressed any concerns and provided excellent recommendations throughout the meal. Their knowledge and passion for the culinary arts were evident, greatly enhancing the overall experience. In conclusion, my visit to Rainbow Steakhouse was a blend of delightful surprises and unforeseen hiccups. The standout dish, the delicious cream of asparagus chicken soup with butter, made a lasting impression, while the accidental fish incident and misfired pepper mill briefly disrupted an otherwise pleasant evening. Nevertheless, the overall quality of the food, the warm ambiance, and the attentive service make this steakhouse worthy of a visit."
