"This is my updated review after tonight's experience. I previously gave this place 4 stars cuz their customer service improved but now it's horrible again. I come here often with my family to eat dim sum or we would get take out and sometimes dinner. Tonights service was horrible, the waiters who served us were super rude and not attentive to us. Firstly, the waiter who took our order, who was an older man dressed in black and white, had an attitude when we asked him to repeat our order and never did. Second, the waiter stood there hunched over our chair giving us an attitude while we were trying to order and when we asked him to repeat what he said cuz we couldnt hear him, he gave us a snappy and rude comment. Third, no one came to our table to change our plates as our plates were filled with bones even though we asked them nicely to change it. Lastly, majority of the waiters who were there tonight didn't pay us any attention even though they were standing next to our table. You can feel the unfriendlyness and unwelcome feeling radiating from them. I am seriously disappointed, and I hope the owner takes action and trains their staff better or hire better employees. Absolutely disgusting behavior."

The food at this restaurant is bland and lacking in seasoning, with the exception of the chicken.

Food was very good. Service was good during dinner though they could have changed our plates. They have a large parking lot. We've eaten there several times and it has been consistently good.

Came with family and left immediately. There were dead cockroaches all over the floor where I was seated, and one was on the plate. Told the waiter and he just shrugged it off like it was nothing. Won't post photos because they're disgusting.

The dim sum place around the corner was closed due to a wedding so we saw this was still open and went. We came around 45 minutes until closing and it was last call. We ordered shrimp dumpling, shu mai, XLB, and shrimp rice rolls. It was quite good but it's double the price from dim sum place! The place is nicer and more upscale too. It was late night snack. At a neighboring table, guests brought their own seafood in a black bag, which was then cooked by the kitchen staff. This raises concerns about sanitation and potential contamination of other dishes. The service from other staff members, such as cart pushers, waiters, and valet attendants, was also lacking in politeness and professionalism. While some of the dim sum dishes were satisfactory, others were served cold. Overall, the food was mediocre and not worth the poor service experienced at this restaurant.

Traditional experience at a dim sum place with servers pushing around carts offering dishes. Different carts have different items, so it might take a few tries for the right cart to come around but they were quick to come around. Tasty and wide selection, with more you can order off their menu. Although prices have increased a bit over the past couple years, still a decent value. The place was packed on a weekday around lunchtime, so the wait to get a table was a bit long. Massive, lively dining area--your typical dim sum atmosphere.

Yesterday evening, my family and I visited this restaurant for dinner. Previously a buffet-style establishment, it now operates as a regular restaurant with a menu. One notable feature is the availability of valet parking. Despite being already busy with patrons when we arrived at 7pm, we were fortunate to snag a table in the corner. We ordered steamed vegetables, a seafood and vegetable dish, batter-fried shrimp with walnuts in sweet sauce and broccoli, and fish soup. Each dish was flavorful and satisfying. The food quality was top-notch, and the waitstaff was attentive and accommodating. Prices were reasonable and not overly expensive. I would definitely return to dine here again. View menu

Was on here on a Sunday morning for dimsum, waited for one hour for a table. When they called my number and I was on my way walking to the table, some families went ahead and just sat there. I told the host that some people just sat there randomly. The host didn 't do anything or told the people to stand up because they were regulars and told us to wait a little more for the next available one. I complained and insisted that is not right to do as I waited fair and square for the table and my number was called for it. They didn 't try to fix it and let the regulars sit there. They soon got me another table within 15mins. The food was not so great either. One of the shrimp dim sum was not too...

New Dim Sum in this area. We arrived around 10 am on Thursday, and the place was about 70% full. We sat in the middle of the restaurant and noticed that they use the traditional style where each cart carries different types of food.We only saw two ladies offering tripe and other fried items. They finished offering and completed their rounds, but the dim sum lady was still nowhere to be seen. We asked the servers where the dim sum was, and they told us it is around here, she is coming. Finally, after waiting for about 15 minutes, we saw her, but she only went around the sides, and she didn't come anywhere near us. She made a round, and nothing here. We had to go to where she was to tell her th...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
