Tried the strawberry matcha latte was decent but a little too sweet and artificial tasting. The earl grey milk tea with pudding was delicious ???? place is clean and fast. Beats Starbucks!

I truly appreciated the range of options available at the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating to my preferences. I'm also grateful for the rewards program they have. The smoothies are simply delicious!

I got the caramel chocolate slush which I regularly get, but this time it tasted like ice water and barely a hint of flavor. I went back and told them and the cashier said, ?so?? and sent me off. Wonderful. If I could give zero stars for service I would.Smh

Gong Cha consistently upholds a high standard of cleanliness and deliciousness, just like its other locations. The restrooms are well-maintained, and there is plenty of seating available. The service is prompt, allowing you to easily savor their simple yet flavorful milk tea.

I ordered my usual caramel chocolate slush, but this time it tasted like plain ice water with hardly any flavor. When I brought this up to the cashier, she just shrugged and dismissed me. Bubble tea has become popular these days for the younger generation. It's always crowded at a bubble tea chain store even in a cold winter day like today. You'll find a huge selection of different flavors of bubble tea. This store is neat and clean. They also provide free Wi-Fi to let you surf the net while you are enjoying bubble tea. Somehow, you should be cautious on Choke hazard....

I love this place for its bubble tea and overall neatness. I wish they had an app to order bubble on for pick up instead of calling in. I usually have screaming kids around me so I always feel bad when calling. They have plexiglass up, social distancing markers, employees wear their masks properly and constantly. Their indoor seating is closed which is big sigh of relief during the pandemic.

Such a nice little bubble tea place in Edison, NJ! It's clean inside and the staff is friendly and helpful when trying to choose your drink. I ordered the Strawberry Milk tea (regular ice and 50% less sugar) and added the strawberry boba. The strawberry milk tea was delicious (great for any strawberry or strawberry milk lover). I wasn't a fan of the strawberry boba and wish I had gotten regular boba instead. The texture of the strawberry boba is a little weird and not as soft.. it was more hard jelly like? My friends got the oolong milk tea with milk foam and it was really good! The milk foam just added a foamy and creamier taste to the drink. I'll probably get this drink next time as it was...
