"We got our first bubble tea of the year only for it to be disgusting. My bf had caramel chocolate milk tea with Oreo and it tasted like Oreo and water... We complained and guy just said that 's how it 's made . Great. Quality went down at this place, should 've just went to kung fu tea next door. Update: just opened his milk tea and all this chocolate powder that is IMPOSSIBLE to mix is just sitting at the top ? staff needs better training on how to properly mix drinks. Disgusting. Update 2: emailed the store and they made it up with 2 free drinks. Definitely made it better this time. I 'm glad they 're not dismissive about this."

I tried this place once and been addicted. Been ordering constantly for a week from here. Brown sugar is to die for and Taro is great too. I tried the lychee oolong. Love this shop ?? View menu

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. The drinks were great, and they allowed you to sample the different boba options if you were uncertain about what to order.

Great tasting tea and all the slush we ordered were really good (strawberry, mango and peach). Service is what I would expect in food courts. Decent parking during the summer when school is not in session. White pearls were better than standard pearls.

Gong Cha is absolutely the best boba tea in Austin! My favorites are: Strawberry Green tea with white pearls; Pearl black milk tea and milk foam series....They are just simply delicious!! It's a nice place to hang out with friends in the UT Dobie center as well. View menu

This restaurant is friendly towards nut allergies, but it's essential to notify them in advance. Parking can be quite a challenge because you'll have to pay for garage access, so I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to visit. I'm not a fan of Gong Cha, and this location didn't change my opinion. The oolong milk tea had very little tea flavor, and while the sweetness at 30% was fine, the boba was too firm and lacked taste.

This lemon ai-yu white pearls is ridiculously good I'm like losing my mind a little here... I got 50% sugar and less ice, and it tastes the perfect amount of sweetness and combined with the sour bits of lemon zest I don't get tired of it. The pearls and pudding add different sensations for my mouth to experience insuring each sip to be full of something unexpected. The cup was filled to the very brim when I got it, just the largest amount you could possibly add without the top overflowing when you puncture your straw, but after writing this review it's almost completely gone...
