"The experience was just okay. We ordered the strawberry milk tea and the brown sugar milk tea with boba. My drink was fine, but I’ve definitely had better at a nearby store. My daughter didn’t care for her strawberry milk tea either, so it seems to be a bit of a hit or miss. I usually finish my drink from the other place, but this one was rather bland, so I ended up giving it to my daughter. She preferred the brown sugar tea over the strawberry, but she didn’t want to finish that one either, so we ended up throwing it away. The interior was very clean and pleasant, and the staff member was quite nice, but I wouldn’t spend my money there again for a lackluster product that I didn’t enjoy."

I visit this restaurant often. The service is quick and efficient, and they always provide high-quality teas.

I absolutely adore the décor and flavor at this establishment. In my opinion, Gong Cha is the top brand for bubble milk tea in the United States.

The best boba tea chain for newcomers! Feel free to choose whatever you like; everything is quite delicious, especially when it comes to the boba!

It's your average bubble tea place. I don't really have a sweet tooth so I order with no sugar. But there's still a hint of sweetness which is just right. View menu

I've never had a bad drink from this place. The service is quick, and seating inside is limited. This is undoubtedly the best boba spot in the area, and even their drinks without boba are fantastic.

I really enjoy Gong Cha because you can customize your drink in various ways, including choosing the type of drink, sugar level (I recommend light, around 30% sugar for the perfect sweetness), ice, and toppings. On top of that, each drink has a distinct and unique flavor.

I visited Gong Cha Gòng Chá for the first time, and I'm pleased to say it was conveniently located. Fortunately, it wasn't too crowded during my visit, which allowed for quick and friendly service. I tried the passion fruit green tea with bubbles, and it was excellent—the bubbles were just right, high-quality, and perfectly prepared. It’s a lovely spot to relax with a cup of tea. I'm happy to have another option, especially since there's so much hype around Kungfu bubble tea. View menu

It was ok, we got the strawberry milk tea, and the brown sugar milk tea with boba. Mine was okay I've definitely had better from another store down the block. And my daughter didn't like her strawberry one so I guess it's hit and miss. I normally finishmine from the other place but this one was rather bland so I didn't really want and I gave it to my daughter to finish and shedid like the brown sugar one more than the strawberry but she didn't really feel like finishing that one either so we threw itaway. It was very clean and nice inside and the lady seemed very nice serving but I definitely wouldn't spend my money thereagain for a blah product that I'm not going to finish.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
