They advertise their creamer as plant based, when we asked to see the ingredients after being told it was dairy free we found it contained whey.Very misleading to have staff advertise it as a dairy free creamer

It’s one of my favorite places to go for the “Too Good To Go” app, alongside CoolTeaBar. Truth be told, I don’t understand why it is only rated 4.5 stars on the app. The drinks are as good as CoolTeaBar which has 4.7 star rating.

Very tasty Boba. Wider selection of flavors than mini Boba places in the Union Square area. Exactly what you would expect from a Boba tea shop. Had to be brown sugar, earl gray milk tea (very tasty, but super sweet) and the taro smoothie. View menu

This is my go-to boba place in the neighborhood! I visit at least once a week. The staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. Owners, please update the online ordering availability for this location. It always seems to be unavailable on your website. Thank you!

Both of the beverages are delicious. I ordered the passion fruit, green tea and brown sugar, milk tea.I paid for a plastic bag at the register and once my drinks were ready I asked for a bag and they told me it's .25, next time please check my order and you'll see what I paid for. hence the four stars.

You know when you're looking for something very specific and won't rest till you find it? Well I found it here with their ube milk tea with sweet foam. I had one sip and literally sighed happily. I want this every day and am stoked to try other items. 100% sweet is very sweet, so take that into consideration when you order! (It's not too sweet, but makes it more like dessert). We were thrilled to visit this restaurant as we are from Florida and the only Gongcha near us closed. The only time we can enjoy Gongcha is when we travel, so we were really looking forward to it. We ordered 5 drinks and they were quickly and efficiently served to us. All the drinks tasted fantastic! The staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you're craving boba or looking to try something new.

We had to wait about 15mins for our drinks but there were 4 5 orders ahead of us. It's small inside with a few tables so we opted to wait for our drinks outside. Drinks were super disappointing though : Oolong milk tea 70% sweetness but it was still SO sweet. Couldn't taste oolong tea at all and just very.... syrupy. Boba was soft and good though. Earl grey milk tea 70% sweetness but still hella sweet. Could taste Earl grey but it still tasted very syrupy. Very disappointing because Gong Cha used to serve solid drinks that actually tasted like tea.

Gong Cha is a great business to use if you ever want to have a DIY Boba Bar! I let Jimmy know the head count and he curated a menu for me with their most popular drinks and toppings. I tweaked it a bit after asking employees which flavors they liked and Jimmy was really responsive and transparent with pricing, including the $75 delivery fee. The delivery came in cardboard boxes with a bag/nozzles for the teas and the toppings came in plastic jars. They even provided an extra slotted serving spoon, some cute signs, and business cards that give 10% your order. Would definitely work with them in the future! View menu
