Worst Gong Cha I have ever been to. Asked for extra ice but got no ice. Asked for grass jelly and got 2 tiny pieces. The cashier wasn't very friendly,I asked her a question and got a funny look. View menu

Gong cha is always one of our favorite boba places. I get the panda milk tea half sweet where ever I go. ?? kids get passion fruit green tea and a strawberry green tea with coconut jelly half sweet. Always reliable and quality drinks.Panda milk tea has boba and Crystal boba.

I am a Certified Boba Boy and I love Boba... and Gong Cha is pretty good.I sadly can't say it's the best boba i've ever had but it's not bad.I only ordered their milk tea as it would be a fair comparison to other boba tea spots. Drinkable, not disgusting but also nothing to write home about.

The workers here are very rude. The girl at the register threw her hands up and was obviously annoyed because I was asking questions about the menu. It made me so uncomfortable for someone to be that disrespectful so I am no longer a customer. Instead I suggest people visit teaspoon, pekoe, sunright, or even tastea because the employees will not give you attitude or throw their hands up when their answers do not make sense.

I decided to visit Gong Cha out of nostalgia, as it used to be one of my favorite boba spots. I have fond memories of their delicious and creamy Pearl milk tea at the Palo Alto location. However, when I recently ordered the Pearl milk tea at this location with 70% sweetness and 50% ice, it was overly sweet, almost like drinking sugar water. I can't imagine how sweet it would be at 100%. It also lacked the creaminess I remembered. I'm not sure if this is specific to this location or if they have changed the recipe. Additionally, the staff forgot to give me a straw, even though they had given one to the patrons before me.

I am not one to write reviews and I am new to Yelp. I come to this Gong Cha location quite often and my experience has always been wonderful. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Recently I had a strange encounter with a worker I did not recognize. I 'm assuming she 's new? She had very strong makeup and left me at the counter mid-order without my transaction being completed. It was only after she noticed me waiting for some time, she then yells from the back Did you want your receipt? . I found it weird that she didn 't value my experience as a customer during my order and transaction process. I 've never had this experience coming to Gong Cha.
