I just went to the independence location because I was close to it and omg that will never happen again. This Lee's summit location is always nice, accommodating and so much more when I walk in. I will never steer away from this store on Douglas location again! View menu

Ordered online and came and picked up my sandwich. Sandwich was not made to the order and was blasted with mustard causing the sandwich to be extremely mushy. Not able to eat, removed the meat, pickles and ate them the rest was inedible had to put in the trash. Recommend going into store to order moving forward, total disappointment
