Ordered then asked again what we got at the window,then got the order mixed up....not impressed.

They were extremely busy but the quality of my food did not suffer. The portion was great and the sandwich was put together very well and the staff was very friendly.

Love how fresh the food is and how they take extra care to clean the equipment after use, with beef products since I have a beef allergy. The staff is always so friendly and if they take a long time the apologize, even if it's less than ten minutes. View menu

I have to say for all the bad food service around these days I am glad Goodcents is still providing great service. I went to the drive thru and it took a little bit but my order was correct and the #5 tasted great. I plan on stopping by again soon. Thanks

Offers dine-in seating and serves Pepsi, the sandwiches are delicious and made in front of you. Bread is baked fresh daily so your sandwich isn't made on bread from some warehouse. The meat is sliced fresh when you order it not some already prepared meat setup. Plus you get a discount if you use their app

Doordash never delivered my food I waited for 2 hours. Luckily the store shift manager brought me the order. I called doordash and they said they will issue me a refund. Never received a refund call doordash again and they said the general manager from Mr goodcents will call me and that never happened. I'm not sure how else to get a hold of anybody. There was a guy a awhile back and I believe his name was nick and he was absolutely amazing and kind. We were short one time and he paid the difference with his money. We tried to give him a thank you card but last we knew he had switched locations I wish we could contact him because he had done so many kind things for us and we never got to officially thank him this happened around 2021 and we’re still trying to find him.

After ordering a party platter 5 times and never had a problem I ordered one tonight and lettuce was on all subs that had always been on the side. The GM said that is standard and they have done it wrong before. Ugh now picking lettuce off little sandwiches for my kids because now after all this time we are going by the book. By the book I would of got mayo, mustard, oil, and vinegar in bottles. Not a bag full of mayo packets, 2 salt packs, and one pepper packets. She was super rude

Employees were rude via drive through. Managers were rude when I called to ask a question make a complaint. 1 manager just handed the phone to someone else without even telling me they were doing so. No pasta available. FYI you can't order a sandwich with 1/2 having 1 condiment the other 1/2 having a different condiment. They don't have a “button” for that.
