"Feeling uncomfortable about the situation, I asked the waitress if this was indeed the margherita pizza I always ordered and if there had been any changes to the recipe. She assured me it was correct, so I decided to send it back without taking a bite. The service throughout our visit was incredibly slow; it took a long time for the waitress to come by for drink refills and to bring the other food items we had ordered. When the bill arrived, my husband paid without closely checking it. As we sat there calculating the cost in our heads, we realized that the waitress had charged us for the pizza we had returned and didn’t eat. My husband went inside to speak with our server to address the error, and she corrected it. We spent a total of two hours there, and when we left, there was only one other couple who had come in. We aren't slow eaters or leisurely diners; we prefer a quick meal without the fuss. Unfortunately, we’ve started a list of restaurants we won’t be returning to, and this place has made the cut."

Yesterday, my colleagues, manager, and I had lunch at Grace, a restaurant I hadn't been to in a while. We kicked things off with the cheesy bread as an appetizer, and it was simply fantastic.
