"I have tried several items on the menu, but I specifically want to mention the number 8 skillet breakfast. Unfortunately, 90% of the potatoes were burnt, and the presentation was lacking. The hash browns were soggy, and the pancakes weren't cooked all the way through. I would recommend finding a different place to eat."

The cook was quite rude and seemed upset because they close at 2:00, and we arrived at 2:15.

Had a deluxe pattymelt, was wonderful great flavor cooked perfect my husband has french toast and sausage. Was very good. Took 22 min too get food but was worth the wait. Will be back.and service was very friendly.

"We had dinner outside last night. We had 6 in our party. In the past we have had very good food and service but that was not the case last evening. The server had a bubbly personality but it did not cover up the fact that the service was poor. We ordered some appetizers which included clam chowder for a couple of us. I specifically asked that my chowder be brought out as my MEAL but that did not happen. We waited approximately 25 minutes for any food to come to the table and the restaurant was not busy. The delivery of the food was out of order. The appetizer was served right before the entrees. The two steak tip dinners were overcooked and reminiscent of shoe leather. When we made mention of this (we ordered medium) they said that the dishes might have been sitting under the warmer a bit too long! Two new steak tip dinners were brought out with one being cooked as ordered and the other still overcooked. As for the clam chowder, both parties who ordered it agreed it was full of potatoes with very few clams. My son enjoyed his fish and chips although a few pieces were overdone. My mother 's mac and cheese was bland. Again, we have always enjoyed this restaurant in the past. We usually dine at the bar but even when we did previously the manager came out to apologize for the long wait for food as they were short staffed . Overpriced food for the quality offered. "Our first visit was good, but our most recent meal was not great at all. We got the brussels sprouts which were greasy, burnt, and the stems of the sprouts had not been cut off. The fish tacos were practically inedible the fish was rubbery, tortillas undercooked, slaw underdressed, and fries were soggy. My chicken sandwich was overcooked and the breading slightly burnt, with very little sauce to make up for the dry chicken. Overall we were very displeased with the quality of our meals, especially given the pricing."

"Due to COVID, traveling and visiting restaurants have been something hard to come by. This is a rare gem of a space with plenty off outdoor space and vaccinated worker and employer. I am glad to find this place out of a random search for burger. We end up getting Texas bbq instead which is much better Our hiking spot is about 5 minutes drive from this place and it was easy to find off the route. Just be careful coming down the road because sherif is parked nearby for speeders. So don't drive too fast for you hungry folks. We came on a Sunday afternoon and there are 75% empty benches outdoor. Parking is not an issue except for those having decision problem because there are so many. To the food!! We got two combo due to decision issue and fries and potato salad. Combo has a mix of short rib, sausages and brisket. Portion is a small but great for the waist line right!!! Brisket is a little dry but it's decent enough. Right is top of the line. This place can sold out of stuff so be patient. We walk away pretty full after this order. Price is reasonable. I love the wood bench and paper towel. Sorry we ate all the food too fast to take some pictures."

"The food is priced well and has decent portions. We purchased a fish and chips, and it took about 10 minutes to get to us. It stayed warm, and the fish was crispy on the outside and flaky inside. We also purchased eggplant roll ups, green beans,and stuffed shells, which we took home cold to heat up later. Parking is an issue during a busy time and there was only one person taking orders, which is concerning when you have yound toddler children with you who don't like to wait."
