They did a beautiful job on cookie cake to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday. The colored icing was a little bitter, but cookie alone tasted great and they did a great job bringing my request to life.

This is the best place to get custom cakes done! Brooke has done all of ours for both personal and business related events that we’ve needed cakes for! You can be as specific or as vague as you’d like with the decorating, and she always does an amazing job! We will continue to get our cakes done with them.

Ordered 8 cookies for my family today. The young girl was not pleasant and her poor attitude was seen and felt during our visit. Then, when I got home and bit into a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, there was a LONG piece of course black hair stuck in the cookie as I immediately spit out cookie mid-chew. SO DISGUSTING! I was very disappointed with the quality of the cookie cake we purchased for my son's 13th birthday. It was incredibly thin, and even the kids remarked that it was the thinnest cake they had ever seen. I was hoping for something better. I'm not sure if this is the typical appearance of their cookie cakes, but either way, we won't be choosing Great American Cookies for cookie cakes in the future.

I can't even begin to count how many times we've ordered a cookie cake from here, and each time has been fantastic. Recently, we ordered a custom birthday cake for my daughter's 8th birthday, and it was an amazing experience all thanks to Brooke! She assisted me with my order and ensured that everything was just right. We were absolutely amazed by the space-themed cakes she created! Working with her was a pleasure, and the cake was incredible. Thank you once again, Brooke!

I came in with a very basic idea in mind of what I wanted for my cookie cake order and once I got there Brooke started giving me ideas. I quickly realized her creativity was a lot better than mine so I let her know she could decorate the cake anyway she felt was good and when I picked up the cookie it did NOT disappoint! She did an AMAZING job and the cookie looks 10x better than I could have ever imagined and I have had their cookies before so I know it will taste just as good!
