"My feedback is mainly for the arrival and host staff … our booking was for 545; we arrived early (that’s on us)… we were sat at the bar (which is totally fine). At 550 we were told that they were “backed up” and not able to get us in the restaurant. We then got asked if we would mind a table in the bar; pointing at two tables: “how does that one or that one look”…. Although not ideal, we agreed. The hostess disappeared for another 10 minutes while we watched those two tables get filled. Finally we were greeted by another hostess who “found” us a table. She made it evident she was in a hurry and impatiently asked us to “follow her” (while we were trying to gather our coats, etc and settle the tab). Our server (Jen? Flower tattoo on right forearm) was amazing. She was professional and fun/pleasant. We will be asking for her in the future. Perhaps an off night for the host staff. Typically pretty good normally!"

"The view was amazing, the food was really good. The service was horrible. We waited quite awhile to get our drinks, big deal. Then the brought the main dish our with our salad plates still on the table, i asked the young girl to remove them please, she finally did. She brought the check out out with all our dishes on the table, stiil didn't remove them even after we paid, so we sat there enjoying the rest of our drinks and conversation with a table full of dirty dishes. This is a very nice casual place and very expensive. Mind you our bill for 4 people was 184.00 before tip. We had to ask her for refills of our water. I expected alittle better service. We brought family in from Montana. I probably won't be back for a nice dinner, maybe a hamburger cause you can't beat the view."

"Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 the two dishes were really sweet overall 2/5 Pad Thai with pork was really sweet and slightly sour. The noodles were disappointing since they were short and starchy, like the last of the batch that's been sitting there for too long. The pork had no flavor in itself 4/5 Panang Curry with beef was sweet but had a nice kick. It was odd since the carrot and peas tasted like frozen vegetables but the bell peppers were fresh and had a great texture. The beef had no flavor in itself again and was a bit tough Ambience: N/A took food to go. The 3 tables at the windows were filled and several to go orders. Service: 4/5 one lady ran the front of the house. Very dead pan with no expression but efficient. It was a bit odd since the other customers in the store were more friendly than her... Value for price: 4/5 okay food, reasonable price, pretty quick turnaround on the order. Good to satisfy cravings but won't hit high expectations"

"Menu: Covers beef, fish, pasta, vegetarian, fowl (even quail! . Plenty of choices making it a difficult decision. Ambiance: seating both outside in. Our table on the patio offered the incomparable view of the canyon. Service: just right attentive, helpful but respectful of our meal enjoyment. Quality: Wonderful! Many establishments fall down in this dimension when the location is a draw not the case at all here. A medium rare prime rib was perfectly cooked, accompanied by creamy garlic mashed potatoes. The trout was fantastic, accompanied by coconut rice. Bar service was perfect, too no watered down drinks here. Value: Tops!!"

"Hello! I recently visited Milner's Gate with my family, and I can't recommend this small brewery enough if you're nearby. Their craft beer is fantastic, and they offer a wide selection of gourmet food that caters to any craving. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique local experience. We tried the gorgonzola pub chips, which were incredible, especially paired with a pint of their Happy Camper Lager that had a delightful caramel and toasted finish. On Fridays and Saturdays, they serve Prime Rib, which I highly recommend—it was delicious! My wife enjoyed the salmon and cocktails, while my son polished off the Thai-style baby back ribs. To top it all off, the service was friendly and efficient. They’re also dog-friendly and have a lovely shaded patio area. We'll definitely be returning if we're in the area again!"
