"I rarely eat out in downtown haverhill because the crowds and parking situation aren't worth it to me, but the stars aligned the other day and presented me with a parking spot directly outside of G's and i'm so glad they did, because i found the place that makes it worth that hassle. I got the braised pork shank with grit cakes and roasted brussels, and it was easily in the top three best meals i've had in my life. The love that went into perfecting that recipe is obvious. The red sangria (my go to) actually was THE best i've ever had it's aromatic with a really unique flavor and i miiiiiight have had 3 of them. Our waitress was swamped with other tables but she was still so attentive and checked in on us every time she passed by. My bill was less than i expected for the great quality food and drinks. Overall fantastic first impression."

I really wanted to love this place. Fun vibe, nice decor. The cocktails were fine, as very the brussel sprouts. We shared the pork belly tacos which were decent however the fish tacos were not fresh and we each took only one bit. No one even acknowledged we didn't touch those. Our service was not attentive. I truly wanted to love this restaurant. It has a great atmosphere and lovely decor. The cocktails were good, as were the Brussels sprouts. We shared the pork belly tacos, which were decent, but the fish tacos were not fresh at all, and we only took one bite each. Nobody even seemed to notice that we left those untouched. Overall, the service was not very attentive.
