I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the servers were lovely, and I highly recommend it!

If you are looking to have your money taken advantage of, then this is the place for you! The person processing credit card transactions at this restaurant is adding tips without permission. I ordered takeout for $30, but my card was charged $36. I do not typically tip on takeout orders.

For the Father's Day we decided to order the To-Go Party plates with tacos and supreme nachos! It was definitely not disappointed!! For 130.00 we have enough for our family and 7 for a few days! Guadalajara serves the most authentic Mexican food in Pleasant View. Unlike other restaurants in the area, they know how to season their dishes properly in an authentic way. You won't be disappointed with your meal here! Dalton, though busy as one of the few staff members, does a great job. We will definitely be returning!

The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty! I would give it a 10 out of 10 for being made fresh and accurately. The service, however, was a bit slow even though the restaurant was not very busy. We had to ask the hostess multiple times to bring us something. Despite this, I would still come back for their delicious cheese dip and taco salad!

Our family, including my wife, son, his wife, three grandchildren, and my oldest granddaughter's friend who is a vegetarian, dined together at this restaurant. With a variety of vegetarian options on the menu, everyone was able to find something they enjoyed. Despite my youngest granddaughter being just over a year old and a messy eater, the staff graciously accommodated our large group by rearranging tables. I recently stopped at a nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff and an amazing chef on my way through, and I was not disappointed. With a group of four, we ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. I tried the Pollo con Arroz, which was simply fajita chicken with Mexican rice and cheese sauce on top. The rice was perfectly cooked and delicious. We also enjoyed a taco salad, special nachos with chicken, beans, salad, tomato sauce, and shredded cheese, as well as a chimichanga. Everyone agreed that the food was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and the portions were just right.

The food is delicious, the margaritas are decent... but the customer service from a particular staff member is dreadful. I visited yesterday on 08/13/2024 (even though I had vowed never to return) around 4:00 wanting a margarita and to sit on their spacious patio filled with umbrellas. Unfortunately, the patio was closed with no explanation or apology given. The employee simply stated it was closed and walked away. Why even have a patio if it's always closed? The food is average at best. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I have eaten at this restaurant in Guadalajara at least 20 times since it opened, hoping for improvement. It is one of the few dining options in the area. On a recent visit with a party of eight, we were split into two separate tables without being asked, just due to fire codes. The host became defensive when we questioned this setup. I have had the same server multiple times, and each time he seems to ignore us and make a lot of noise in the kitchen.
