"We had never been to Mondovi Wisconsin on purpose. A construction detour took us through town on a Saturday afternoon and this bar looked interesting, so we stopped. We only had drinks, no food. They have a small grill and there were daily food specials posted. The food prices were very reasonable. It is a typical small town bar with a selection of tap beers. We had a couple of Wisconsin brewed beers, they were cold and inexpensive. The bar tender was not unfriendly when we talked to her. The place is right on the main street and there is a lot of free on-street parking."

Had the Gumby Burger and Beerbatter Pommes. The burger was well cooked and the Horseradish sauce was a perfect one. I am 15 minutes away and the HR sauce is still with me The two ladies in the kitchen have an enormous ointment of orders from home and takeout. Great work Bartender was very attentive Bro whole bar.

After my wedding on the street we came to Gumbys to continue the party and hopefully find some food. About 40 of us arrived shortly before midnight without notice. Staff Mikki, Michelle and Josh were extremely polite for our group, made us 7 or 8 delicious handmade pizzas, kept us well hydrogenated, and kept the music on. I was blown away from the service and the food. You could have told us that the kitchen is closed and that we were too disgusting. They didn't. Midwest nice, Hometown Bar, and just great people are all to describe Gumbys. We'll be back. Thanks Gumbys!
