"I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered food through a third-party app for delivery, and after two drivers canceled my order, I realized there was likely an issue with the restaurant. I waited patiently as my delivery time was pushed back three more times and my driver changed three additional times. It became clear that the problem was with the restaurant. After waiting over an hour and a half, I still hadn’t received my food. I called the restaurant three times, but no one answered. They seemingly ignored my order until it was closing time and then turned off the phones. In the end, I was left without any food, which is completely unacceptable."

Awful service and awful pizza. The delivery guy stayed in the car and just slammed the horn, I guess trying to summon me from the house to go get the food from his car? View menu

Every time I've ordered from this location, the delivery has been extremely unreliable! I had to call for an update after waiting over an hour, and still, there was no progress. It's really disappointing!

Second time my food was not made right and when I called I didn't even get an apology just offer to drive 25 minutes back to the restaurant then wait 20 minutes for a remake at 1030 at night. I used to love guys but I will not be back. Pizza was barely baked and has much too much sauce on it. Won't be back

The pizza store on Coventry Rd. Over charge your debit card or credit card by 4.00 or more dollars this is the second time this has happen . Keep your receipts and monitor the charge on your cards . The staff act as if they don't know what your talking about. Be careful people with your cards at this place. It's a habit . View menu

Slow service and terrible food! The wait was definitely not worth it. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and garlic Parmesan wings, but it was disappointing. The pizza dough was hard, and the wings were drenched in too much Parmesan cheese; they looked unappetizing and I had to send them back. I will never come back here again! This is the worst pizza place I’ve been to.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I places an order. If I could give a 0 I would. I placed an order in a third party app for delivery. after watching 2 drivers cancel on my order I figured it was something with the store. waited patiently as my drop off time got pushed back 3 more times and my driver changed three more times. I then knew it was the store. After waiting over an hour and a half I still didn’t have food. I called the store 3 times no one answered, they played with my order until it was time to close and they turned the phones off…still ended with no food beyond unacceptable.

"We were being treated for our anniversary which I did mention in the reservation (because there was a question about special occasion) They were very flexible as our plans had changed and they were able to accommodate us 45 min earlier than our reservation. There was an odd scent, sort of musty or perfume like but not exactly. I am very sensitive to scent but even my husband noticed it as it was quite strong. I would have said something but since we were being treated I didn’t want to cause any awkwardness. We were the first people there but by the time we left every table was filled. The food was excellent. I had the lamb chops, my husband veal and my father had a seafood dish. Service was good. We split 2 tartufos for dessert. They were good not great and I was kind of expecting a dessert on the house since I mentioned our anniversary, otherwise why ask, but as I said we were being treated so maybe one of them was on the house but no one wished us a happy anniversary. I ordered decaf which took a little while because we were told they had to brew a new pot. It was terrible. Really bad, not worth drinking. Again, I would have complained but didn’t want to under the circumstances. My father asked and so I told him. He tasted it and then he wanted to complain but our waiter was busy. As he said it’s the last thing you taste and it should be good. I will come back for the food and skip the coffee and just hope there isn’t a weird smell again"

"Where should I start? At first, the lighting is so dark and terrible that I could not read the menu when I asked, it was told to me that it was part of the “Ambiance”. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I understand what ambience is, but that was as if they wanted to hide something. What have they hidden that you can ask, it's the food. All we tasted was very bland, which would probably explain why they were salt and pepper shakers on the tables. I’m sorry if you’re in an expensive “fine dining” French restaurant you shouldn’t season anything. Crab Salat (16$ perhaps had 2 tablespoons of lump scrap, and the crab was about a day away from spoiled. The frog legs (17$ were not made, so I was left with the attempt to cut the frog bezels with a butter knife; they were not sharp, not spiced, and the fried garlic was burned and very bitter. Next was the burger ($36, I'd rather have a Big Mac from McDonald's. It was meat leaf on a bungalow and some soggy sat around for a minute “goose fat” roasted potatoes. Then we had the filet mignon (58$, it wasn't a center cut filet, I honestly don't know what the hell it was.. it looked like 2 different cuts along with meat “glue”. The foie grass on the steak was the size of a quarter, 3 small chips of black truffles, and some burned broiche toast. The appetizers were tolerable, the ducks were absolutely disgusting. And finally we had the banana patch (15$ ready table side for dessert, that was a complete disaster. He had absolutely no idea what he did, he had no banana leach to start, so he had to stop doing it when he realized that, very sloppy catching parts of the car on fire, added a lot of liqueur and not boil the alcohol. Absolutely not edible. I really hope that someone is important about this restaurant sees this because our culinary experience was terrible and their execution was an absolute failure! Shame for more than $200 for a fucking meal!"
