He was patient, answered all of our questions, and was very kind throughout our visit. The restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. this popular Sieuan hotpot chain has a location near chinatown that comes with a high price tag, but makes for a rewarding experience. there are a few vegan soup bases on the menu, with many options for tofu/soya and vegetable add-ins. the customer service is amazing – everything from the waiting zone down to the elevator to the friendly staff up to the robotic waiters up to the traditional dance performance down below make it feel to be transported to another luxurious world. our waitress was very helpful to understand the menu, especially for vegans who were new to hotpot.
