We had breakfast at the Halfway House what a delight! Everything about this family restaurant was a pleasure. It was unpretentious, which was so nice and a change from many other restaurants lately. We felt welcomed by the staff, the food was delicious and filling and reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I wish we lived closer to the Halfway House because then we'd make it a weekly stop. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited on a whim, during a road trip... And we walked into an experience!! The people greeted us, not only the staff but other patrons... The food was some of the best food, that I have ever eaten!! They support local farmers, which made me love them even more! They could tell me exactly, where the cheese curds came from and who baked the pies... This place is a definite gem, and the world needs more places like it... I hope that I get to return someday!!!
