"Can I say wow?!? I have never been here nor have I ever heard of this place. When shopping today in Poway with my mom, she said she was craving a hamburger. So I looked up places and stumbled across this place. Becca was our server. She was absolutely AMAZING!! Told us the history, and how this place came about. Her service was impeccable! The food was delicious! Fast, amazing service, with excellent food is hard to find these days. Thank you hamburger factory!!"

I didn't complain but had to ask for simple syrup for my sweet tea. We all had turkey burgers. We all loved the pretzel bites. 3.5 stars service 5 stars. Very busy popular place. Parking lot was impossible to navigate but wifey was wonderful.

5 in our group. (4 women 1 man) We all enjoyed our lunch tremendously!! Would deffinetly come back and bring more friends! Super friendly staff. Fun decor. Great food, moderately priced. Huge menu! Lots of variety here! You will have difficulty choosing! A+

It was everything I had hoped it would be. The food was outstandingly delicious. This morning we three had ham and eggs, Stuff on a Single, and Chicken Fried Steak. All was delicious. Our server, Kevin, was outstanding! So much to look at on the groundsalso. The train is fun.

We love the Hamburger Factory. We've been going for years and years and it's never let us down. My son loves the hot dog, my wife the burgers and I love the Tuna Meltdown. The staff is always friendly and competent. It's fun to sit inside or out. Great family environment and it's right in old Poway Park so the kids can run it off after you eat. Plenty of parking, rightoff Midland, it's a go to!!!
