"When Killis finally came to assist us, he had a rather unfriendly attitude. We showed him the sandwich, and my boyfriend asked if he noticed anything wrong with it. Killis stared blankly at it for a moment before looking back at us, confused. When my boyfriend pointed out the hair, Killis replied, “Well, it’s not mine; I don’t have hair,” and claimed he was the only one working. While it’s true that hair can come from various sources, his dismissive demeanor was troubling. After reluctantly acknowledging the hair, he asked my boyfriend, "What do you want?" When my boyfriend requested a new sandwich, Killis showed clear annoyance but eventually went off to prepare one. Later, I inquired about who the store manager was, and he said it was him. It's disheartening to see how some individuals cannot manage situations professionally, especially when their frustration is misdirected at customers who have done nothing wrong. I plan to reach out to their corporate office on Monday morning to share my experience. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and employees should maintain a standard of professionalism and courtesy."

Swung by here to grab a biscuit and use the restroom when traveling last Saturday morning. The place was packed inside AND at the drive thru. I used the restroom, came out, ordered my biscuit, got HARDEE'S needs to give lessons to the OTHER fast food chains! Server was rude, waited 10 minutes for my food, which I'm ok with if it's fresh, but it was not. My burger was cold, wet and soggy. The paper around the burger was actually wet like it was dipped in water and there was a hair on it as well. Chicken was incredibly burnt and tough as well as greasy and the grease/mayo combination on top made a disgusting gelatinous blob making the entire meal inedible. A stray cat wouldn't eat the chicken however, she did enjoy the soggy burger patty. I'm sure this sounds fake, I just want to warn anyone who isn't aware.
