"The portions are small and there is an additional $2 charge for splitting an entree. We were informed that we could not order a beer from the attached lounge, even though we observed other diners being served beer by the waitstaff. We had hoped for a better experience at this restaurant, but unfortunately, we will not be returning."

"Nice place right on the water! Karaoke is great! We enjoy coming here listening to the Karaoke. The problem here is the service! Kim is great! The rest may as well not be there at all! We sit there waiting and waiting for someone to come get our drinks or refill them and no one ever comes. After about 45 minutes of waiting for a server I finally had to get up and go get my own drinks. When I went to go inside I see our waitress sitting at one of the tables just chatting away with her friends. It was like she wasn 't working at all. It 's ridiculous. This place would do alot better if they had better servers. It 's a shame Kim has to work so hard running herself crazy trying to take care of everything and everyone. I 'm sure she would appreciate some help as well. She always has a great attitude and is very friendly. I hope the owners see this and do better."

"How can you not just love a Subway jammed into the back of a gas station?Food was good typical Subway but the location and service left much for improvement. The store was located at the back of a gas station convenience store. It was right next to the bathrooms (that were not well maintained) so the lines for each created a jam. One of the people behind the counter didn't seem to know what she was doing so the other person was doing most of the work. This eased when a 3rd person arrived behind the counter."

"We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with fantastic food and service. We visited for breakfast; my wife ordered the veggie omelette, and I tried the Cuban sandwich—both were excellent. The side of bacon was outstanding as well. If I could change one thing, I would add an over-easy egg to drape over the Cuban for an extra touch."

"Place is not good. They are slow, very unorganized, and cook uses her hands when touching your food and clearly has not washed them. They could care less about the customers or food being edible. Tea is sour. Carbonated drinks are disgusting. For frozen food it should not take this long to cook a patty but yet we’re still here after 30 minutes after ordering. will not return or recommend. Cooks steadily walking around making herself drinks, tending to the child in the lobby watching cartoons unattended. This place is ridiculous!!!!!"
