"We were so glad we had a reservation. Other parties were waiting 45 min and we were shown immediately to our table. All 4 of us ordered something different and we all absolutely loved our food. We had a table with a view of the outside. As lifelong Cub fans we loved all the Cubs memorabilia. It was so neat to visit the interactive museum afterwards. Not just a good meal but an education in Chicago sports history. Hard to find, no signs on the streets for directions. Its in the American Girls doll bldg. Drop them off and grab a burger. View menu

Pretty disappointed. Can only assume place was short staffed. Sat at the bar. Got our drinks pretty fast. But took forever for someone to take our order and felt like a long wait for rhe food to arrive. Wasn't too crowded. Never got a refill on a drinks or water. No one even asked how our food was. Drinks good, food not. Chicken sandwich overcooked, dry, and spicy. Mcdonald's does a Much better job. Barmaid was sweet, however nonplussed that I immediately pushed my plate away, did not even bother asking if she could bring me something else.I should not of been charged for the sandwich, as there was only 1 bite taken. My boyfriend liked his turkey club, but said it was meh…museum was cool, won't be back though.
