"Don't make the mistake of bringing your own coffee to this place. After I ordered, I was asked to throw away my half cup. I told the owner that I planned to buy another cup after finishing this one, but he wouldn't allow it. He quoted the tiny sign that stated "no outside food or drink," which I honestly didn't notice. I mentioned that I had ordered a panini and intended to get a second cup of coffee, but he still refused. If that's not the definition of being overly money-focused, I don't know what is. Oh, and did I mention I was the only customer there? What harm could I possibly do? Would I really be spreading the word that the bakery allows customers to bring their own coffee while enjoying their panini? Instead, I was left waiting outside in the rain for my sandwich. On the bright side, the panini was good. It's just a shame that the owner's so miserly."

I'm not really a coffee person, but their breakfast items are amazing. The little egg and pepper croissants they serve are absolutely delicious!

the vegan pancake was good, but not amazing. also got the vegan cherry cake and it was very good. I don't think it's been made from ground. I want to try the cupcakes.

Several vegan items on the menu. The roasted veggie sandwich and vegan pot pie were both very good. Vegan soup also on the menu with vegan cupcakes. Enjoyed the food but coffees were not good.... may have been an off day! View menu

We stopped by Hayday Bake And Brew on our way back from camping for a quick meal, and we were delighted to find their hand pies and vegan calzone. I was also happy to see that their menu still included vegan options, even just 15-20 minutes before closing time.

I've been really looking forward to supporting Hayday Bake And Brew since it opened. They offer a great variety of delicious vegan and vegetarian options. If you eat dairy, don't miss the veggie breakfast casserole. The cupcakes and vegan mushroom tarts are absolutely fantastic!

Hayday Bake And Brew has excellent vegan choices. We opted for some sandwiches; I tried the zucchini panini, which was fully vegan. I also enjoyed a lentil soup that was fresh and tasty, though it could have used a little more seasoning. Plus, we saw they offered vegan cupcakes. The staff mentioned that many of the sandwiches can be customized to be vegan-friendly as well. View menu

I called several places searching for a pie for our early Thanksgiving dinner and stumbled upon this hidden gem! I picked up a fresh apple pie that was ready to be baked, and when I made it, it turned out PERFECT! It was absolutely delicious! While I was there, I also grabbed a cold brew and took a look around. It’s a charming coffee shop with an upstairs area where you can sit and enjoy your coffee along with a tasty pastry. The customer service was fantastic too. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I've been visiting Hayday Bake and Brew about once a week to pick up a sweet treat for my daughter, and they've always been delicious with friendly service. Today, I stopped by for lunch, and the waitress suggested trying the Caprese Panini. It was fantastic! The bread was perfectly crisp, and the cheese was warm and melty. I enjoyed it outside in the sunshine on their front patio. I highly recommend paying this place a visit. (Here's a photo of the Pumpkin cookie I got; the sandwich was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it!)

"Ate dinner with some friends there tonight. Service was good with one fairly major exception of not disclosing menu changes. Drinks were good the food was ok. I ordered the blackened ahi tuna crisps roasted beet salad. The ahi starter was delicious, but there are only 3 crisps so don 't plan on it covering an appitizer for 4 people which is a little off but oh well... The roasted beet salad was NOT what it said it was. They served canned beets on the salad totally ignored the fact that they aren 't serving what is on noted on the menu . Would have been nice to be told they had no roasted beets (since it 's literally included in the TITLE of the salad) at the time would be substituting with a canned product, so I could decide if I still wanted to order it or offer it at a discounted rate since it 's being served cold straight from the can or jar it was bought in not heated at all in any way shape or fashion to even attempt to make it roasted as advertised. I ate it anyway didn 't send it back because I thought maybe I read something wrong was too busy focusing on enjoying what little time I had left with my friend before she moved out of state to worry about wording on a menu. But once I got home, I decided to see if I mis-read the menu I sure didn 't. Disappointing, if you don 't have all the ingredients have to sub them to make the dish then that 's fine, but the least you could do is let your patrons know prior to serving it to them. I could have made that salad at home with a can of beets paid a 3rd of the price. What 's worse is that I 've had a better beet salad at the local hospital here in Ellensburg, but I knew I was getting canned beets... My friends both ordered the artichoke chicken, I tried a bite it was pretty good. They did not skimp on the amount of artichoke they stuffed the chicken with as the chicken was totally smothered in the dip as well. My friends were very pleased with their dinners. Not sure any chicken dish is ever worth $29 a plate, but eating out is more expensive post covid I 'm still having sticker shock apparently..."
