"Between flights and full beers, my wife and I tried 10 beers, a flat bread, a Cuban, and the pretzels. The flavors of each are prevalent in the direction they're going for, as opposed to the limp in introductory versions of craft you may find elsewhere. They're fantastic. The Irish stout is pleasantly toasted, the Twinger beer has a ton of ginger nose. The beer cheese has perfect jalapeno touch without alarming heat and the horseradish mustard is all of the taste with none of the nose burn. The Cuban had what I believe was a curry added into the mustard that made it both unique and delightful. My wife and I loved every bite and sip that we had there and will certainly be going back again every time we have the time and thought to head out to a bar for a meal and some beer tastings. The variety of selection and performance on each was well beyond expectations. I can't wait to try their other seasonal selections and new creations as time goes by."

Great selection of in-house brews and excellent complementary food items. This is my go-to for downtime in Ocala when visiting the FAST Aquatic Center. View menu

Way better than I was expecting. Menu was large and beer was awesome. Loved the Staff and smaller sized place, but still enough room for like 50 people. Overall very happy I chose to go there with my family after a long 5 hour drive before we went to our hotel. Good work hiatus brewery in ocala. View menu

This is my spot to hang out when I want some good company and some great beer and bar food. Patrons are always friendly and the bartenders are great, especially my man Tyler! Oh...and the beer is delicious and I don 't mind paying for quality of it either. They 'll have one that appeals to your taste and that I 'll guarantee. Love this joint!

Always a delight to the taste buds! Today I had the CB&J sandwich and it's every bit as enticing and delicious as it was the first time I tried it. I didn't want chips with it so I asked for potato salad and they told me they've just started making it in house. I absolutely love the flavor and texture of the potato salad. It was a perfect trip to one of my favorite places to eat! They've never made me a bad meal and today was no different.

"Disappointed: Four of us dined there last night, and walked away very unimpressed. We each ordered an appetizer and four entrées, and a glass of wine ahead of time. The foie gras and escargots were nice. The imported French cheese plate had a Manchego, a Comte and another goat. Manchego is from Spain and the goat cheese was not French that we could tell either. You would expect a nice double cream, etc. These seemed like Sam’s buying club bought cheeses. When we asked the waiter. he really just shrugged his shoulders. We also also ordered the steak tartare. House grind good, but Very bland there should’ve been some seasoning mixed in with the meat. As for the entrées, we ordered a beef Bourguignon, which was the best of all four entrées. The mushroom Tajine, which was just used to serve the meal. It was not used to cook the meal in as customary. This dish lacked proper seasoning, and missing walnuts. the brie cheese they did put in should have had the rind cut off. I ended up with strands of rind in my dish. I did not finish it. We also ordered the cassoulet which was pretty clear they used canned beans, the duck Confit was not confit but roasted. It was served with a sausage that was std didn’t even ask or see the pork belly. . And lastly was the chicken airline breast. The Cremini mushroom demi glace, did not taste homemade but very familiar to a canned soup. I’m not happy having to give this review, but after spending over $300 on this dinner, I expected a better meal. One of our dinner guests that evening was a chef so maybe that didn’t help?"
