"This is my one and only go-to Hibachi location. The food is always hot and tastes wonderful and fresh, definitely not that old greasy taste like some other places. The staff is always friendly too no matter how crazy/ busy they are. I recommend calling and placing an order over the phone. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait if you place an order there. Their hours can be a little iffy, sometimes open on Saturdays Sundays, sometimes not."

The eel roll was the most mediocre sushi I've ever had. It wasn't terrible, but I certainly won't be ordering it again.

I ordered a kids' chicken bowl, and it was just the right portion size for me. The food was full of flavor, and the fried gyoza was delightful!

The food and prices are fantastic! The place is very clean, and the service is outstanding! The sweet tea is also a nice touch and a great addition! I highly recommend it. View menu

Quick and clean little place with decent sushi for the area. Of course, it's not as good as other places in Raleigh proper but great if you're just looking for a quick bite.

Hibachi Bowl is truly amazing! It’s definitely my top choice for takeout hibachi in the Triangle area. I've been a customer for years, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations.

This is one of my favorite habachi places. The rice is very different from other habachi places. It’s seasons very well and so is the chicken. It’s about 12 dollars for habachi chicken and a drink. They are not open on saturdays! View menu

I’m not a fan of vegetables, so I apologize for the meat and rice picture. This place isn’t a Japanese steakhouse, but at less than half the price, it completely exceeded my expectations. I really wish I had one of these at home! Food: 5/5

Honestly, I can’t resist hibachi, and this restaurant offers an excellent lunch special for about $8. It’s perfect for grabbing a quick lunch or dinner and getting out. In my opinion, it’s the best hibachi around this side of Highway 401. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that I believe places like Hibachi Company and Kaze are a bit better. Food: 4/5.

"I've been to the new Irregardless twice now. Once for a rather disappointing late brunch and a second time for a fabulous welcome back to town dinner. Their prices have definitely risen to The point where I won't be able to visit as much as I used to (and they also don't know what Eastern versus Western BBQ is, but I won't hold that against them). They're very conscious about vegan options and the dishes are still as high quality as I remember them being under the old management. Disappointed not to see any Raleigh brewing on the draft menu but the drink menu was very good. I got the most expensive vegan option of course. A North Carolina BBQ prepared maitake mushroom on mashed potatoes with a gorgeous, perfect amount of broccoli. Now the fiction kitchen has an Eastern BBQ plate which I love So I was very surprised when it showed up with a ketchup/tomato-based sauce. It was delicious Even though it was a western NC style barbecue sauce. Haha (My mom got the salmon The time blackberry cheesecake was divine. I hope they keep that one around because I'm definitely coming back for another slice. I'm happy to report that the staff are excellent, warm, friendly, and professional. Our waitress was friendly and delighted to answer all of our questions since we hadn't been for dinner yet. Brunch, the music was a little loud and by the time we actually got a table they were out of everything we wanted to order which is a little disappointing and speaks to poor planning. We did get was small but delicious. Not sure I would try brunch again unless I was really hankering for their brunch specifically and if so I would get a reservation a week ahead of time. As a person who's gone to this specific restaurant for over 2/3 of their life, I'm just glad that it's still exists and is in such good hands. I just hope they read up a little bit more on barbecue in North Carolina. And make more vegan things"
