"Las Cruces is like a second home for me. I come from Austin once a month and Hi Des is always my first stop! We have plenty of brew pubs in Austin, but none like this place! I like the Peach Wheat because no one has it where I 'm from. Their nachos are fabulous and I have always enjoyed their menu options. Finally, the people are amazing, and I have seriously met many new friends here! Highly recommend High Desert Brewery in Las Cruces! They know what they 're doing and like they say 'none of our beers suck! ' -beckett from Austin :"

Amazing Reuben Sandwich! Great beer! Even better service! Much better than the other brewing company with the Pecan skin.

Cool little place I found while here on work. I really enjoyed the IPA, the pub burger was good, service was fast and friendly, and the price reasonable. Can't ask for more than that. View menu

Nice neighborhood brewery with decent food at reasonable prices. Great for a lowkey Saturday afternoon or even a date night. Indoor seating offered right now (March 2021), but with plenty of social distancing. Two nice patios as well. Worth a try!

Enjoyed a pitcher of Octoberfest, our favorite, with cheeseburgers and onion rings. The beer was perfect and our waitress couldn't have been better and her upbeat attitude was appreciated. It's def not white table cloth but the beer is cold and there always seems to be some interesting conversations going on when you sit outside.

Loved the Octoberfest Beer with brat and onion rings. My friend, who doesn 't usually 'like beer ' enjoyed the peach wheat and the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado club with sweet potatoe fries. Friendly service. Food arrived quickly and perfectly hot and crispy on a busy night. They have a nice outdoor patio that is covered from the elements. View menu

We were just passing through Las Cruces and were looking for a pet-friendly restaurant. This place was just what we were looking for. Casual and laid back. Great service. The food was delicious and their beer was tasty and refreshing. Loved the atmosphere on the patio; and they provided a bowl of water for our dog. I'd definitely eat here again if I'm ever back in Las Cruces.

Stopped by for the first time. Had a Scotch Ale and have to say it was one of the best ales that I’ve had at this type of brewery. I am a home brewer and also had the Bohemian Pilsner and it also was excellent. My wife and I also had burgers which were tasty and overall very good. Had an excellent waitress that was attentive but not overly. Will definitely be back when back in Las Cruses.
