"I feel it’s necessary to share my experience with this restaurant, as we've encountered the same frustrating situation during our last two to three visits. I would rate the food four stars because it is quite good when we actually receive service. Unfortunately, during our recent visits, we'd sit down at a table, and then... nothing. We waited 10 to 15 minutes without any server checking on us, which ultimately led us to leave. It doesn't seem to matter whether the restaurant is busy or not; the staff appears to be attentive to other diners. Despite our attempts to give the place another chance, I’m starting to doubt that we will continue to do so, as this pattern keeps repeating itself. I can’t think of any other local restaurant where this sort of thing happens regularly (the new Thai restaurant next door, for instance, was excellent), so we might just choose to support those instead! It’s a shame because I truly enjoyed the food here whenever we managed to get it."

If you're craving sushi, you definitely don't want to go anywhere but this place! This is truly the best spot for sushi around. From the miso soup to the trio tower, along with the crab rangoons and any roll on the menu, you can't make a bad choice here. Once you try their sushi, it will become your go-to place! This was a nice little find. The miso soup and ginger salad were fresh and small, perfect as a starter. The ginger dressing was fresh but a little on the sweet side, for my liking.We got the yellowtail roll, magic roll and Philadelphia roll (in order from left to right). All were fresh and delicious. There’s crunch inside the magic roll and was a nice touch.The service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive. We absolutely LOVE Hinode! The owner George and his son Keny are outstanding sushi chefs, and create some of the best combination of flavors out there! Our favorite dish there, and what I call the Best bite in Orlando , has to be the Scallop Shot! Just a spectacular blend of texture and flavors!We also love all of the sushi rolls we have tried there, especially the Black Widow, and the Toro Toro rolls. The Summertime is also a fan favorite, as well as the cooked scallops roll. Food and drinks are well priced, and they care about food quality! If you 're looking for the best sushi in Orlando, then look no further!

The crab Rangoon was good, but the sushi was merely mediocre. To add to our frustration, we waited 40 minutes for our food, and people who arrived after us were served first. The waitress didn’t communicate anything to us, so I waited patiently, as my wife suggested we shouldn't make a scene. When our food finally arrived, I can’t say the sushi was anything to rave about; it definitely wasn't delicious. If the waitress had at least acknowledged that our order was forgotten or explained the lengthy wait, I wouldn't have felt so irritated.
