"1. Each bite had a lingering sour taste. After I finished my meal, I asked my companion if he had noticed the same flavor. He confirmed he had, and suspected it might be from the leftover barbecued pork strips that were mixed in. 2. I ordered a combo of char siu, Princess Chicken, and roast duck. The char siu was sliced paper-thin and was not good at all. 3. The roast duck and Princess Chicken that we couldn't finish were packed up and put in the refrigerator, but when I went to eat them the next day, they had developed a very strong and unpleasant fishy smell, which made me hesitant to eat them. I've stored roast duck in the fridge many times before without it turning fishy, so this felt very stale. On a positive note, the service was nice, and we were given some small fruit before the check. However, the quality of the food itself needs to improve to meet expectations."

The quality has really declined. The roasted duck tasted stale and was missing the aromatic flavor it should have. The vegetables weren't fresh either; you could see that the leaves and stems were wilting even before they were cooked. We were absolutely amazed by the fantastic food! The roast duck featured incredibly crispy skin and perfectly tender meat, while the French-style filet mignon was slightly salty but still incredibly tender and flavorful. The minced pork with string beans had just the right amount of heat, enhanced by a few slices of jalapeño. The young gentlemen serving us was very helpful with his descriptions, and he managed to keep up with the growing number of diners and take-out orders.

I visited this restaurant after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I ordered the hometown fried rice noodles and the roasted pork triple stir-fried rice noodles. Unfortunately, the barbecued pork had a slightly rancid taste, so I didn't feel comfortable eating it. It was also quite thin. The roasted duck also seemed to be off, so I decided to avoid that as well. Overall, I think I'd be better off going for the roasted pork elsewhere. Sanhe Bar offers better value with larger portions and lower prices.
