"I typically don’t scrutinize the bill, but today I noticed that we were charged $1.50 for a small amount of salad dressing and $0.50 for an even smaller amount of malt vinegar. While an extra $2.00 isn't a huge deal, I believe that salad dressing should be included with the salad, and malt vinegar should come with the fish and chips. I spoke to the management about the charges, but they insisted that these fees are standard. It seems they’ve decided it’s too costly to provide customers with the essentials that complete a meal. It's unfortunate because Kelly's serves very good fish and chips, and we always appreciate the service. However, I'm now hesitant to return for my favorite lunch. That translates to $20 to $40 a month, plus a 20% tip that won't benefit them in the long run. I don't think nickel-and-diming customers is a sustainable way to run a business."

"We love eating here, though we haven’t in a while, placed order to go and I must have been looking at a lunch menu because when I arrived to pay prices were average $3-4 above what I saw on the menu provided on google. Also a 4% charge on total price for using a card! That’s a bit much to pass on to the customers. Please update menus online and mention there’s a up charge for card purchases. "One of my top picks among chain pizza places, Westside Pizza consistently impresses with amazing flavor and excellent service. When I had an issue with an order, they more than compensated by offering a complimentary order of breadsticks. Be sure to try the "Death by Pizza"! It's definitely my favorite combination of toppings on any pizza I've ever had! Service: Takeout."

"On Sunday afternoon around 4pm, my family and I stopped by this McDonald's location. There were plenty of staff members, about 7-8 in total. There were two tables of customers, one of whom seemed to be the boyfriend of one of the young workers. Our group of 7, including 4 small grandchildren, ordered ice cream, shakes, and a soda. We waited inside for over 20 minutes with no sign of our order being prepared. It wasn't until I inquired with one of the employees, who appeared to be aimlessly walking around, that I was informed they had run out of ice cream and were in the process of replacing it. Unfortunately, it seemed that this task had just begun, despite the numerous staff members who seemed to be doing very little. Clearly, there was a lack of proper management and understanding of customer service among the employees. Eventually, the manager came out and was very friendly, but it was too late to salvage our experience. We decided to have our grandchildren wait in the car, as it was taking far too long for a simple dessert in a nearly empty McDonald's. It was also noted that there was little drive-through traffic, which typically receives priority over in-store customers. It appears that the owner of this McDonald's franchise may not be maximizing their profits due to the inefficiencies and lack of responsiveness at this particular location."
