"I visited this restaurant for the Dueling Pianos show and was disappointed. I couldn’t find any information indicating that reservations were required, so we arrived early to eat, only to find that all the seats were reserved. The ladies managed to find some spots while we stood behind them. We ordered both appetizers and entrees, and while the appetizers arrived fairly quickly, the entrees were forgotten. It took over an hour, even though the bartender kept assuring us they were on their way. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, and the burger was quite awful. The Dueling Pianos performance wasn’t much better; the sound quality was poor and we could hardly hear anything. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning."

I attended a drag brunch and had a fantastic time. The queens were stunning, the food was delicious, and the bartenders were very attentive. View menu

Awful service and the food was mediocre at best. We were given the wrong food and missing sides. Took way to long for a drink refill (30 minutes). Would not return

Pretty good entertainment, decent place to watch a game stick to the beer though. Drinks are not that good and the food is pretty bad but I do like to go there for the music and sports.

I changed my original review from a few years ago from 2 stars to 4. I recommend eating here since there's been a change in chefs and the quality had gone up. Great place to hear live music or attend shows/events they put on. View menu

First time visiting the Hometown Tavern. We got there right when it opened for the day.The Nachos were a large portion. More than enough for two people. The Rhody Steak Bomb was really good. Nice fries. Hard to finish with an app.Didn't have a chance to try a dessert. Maybe next time.

Good Food good service large beer selection. Not fancy burgers, sandwiches, pizza and pasta. Large bar area we went on Sunday night and there was a live band playing. Good for families. Tables surrounded the bar and booths had high backs. Had the burger it was cooked to my order and tasted great. Other entrees included fish and chips which was good and large. Pasta dish was a large serving and was good. Kids grilled cheese was well melted and came with fries. Good solid meals.Kid friendliness: Had a good selection for kids was family friendly
