"Having worked in the service industry for over a decade, I rarely complain. I understand that mistakes happen, and I can overlook them. But when there's a consistent issue with every single order, it becomes a problem. My receipt showed that two out of four items were marked off, which is usually done to check the bag before sealing a to-go order (something I've done myself in many bars and restaurants). The marked items are the ones we didn’t receive, while the unmarked ones are what I ended up with. This is completely illogical. Uber only permits a limited number of complaints before they stop providing assistance, and I find myself paying for food I never got simply because they couldn’t check the bag before closing it up. Now, I have my dinner, but my partner is left without anything, so we have to scramble to figure out dinner for him while I eat mine. It’s incredibly frustrating."

I would love to shoutout “Mary” for her amazing hospitality And customer service. I was sitting in the lobby because I was waiting for my girlfriend to show up. I haven’t tried to place before so I was excited and then suddenly Mary walked up to me and checked in on me. I told her I was alright and I knew what I was gonna be order. She smiled and stepped away and came back shortly afterwards to double check. She even asked to bring me a cup but I couldn’t stand to have her walk back and forth so I met her halfway.
