"I am a huge fan of their orange chicken and broccoli! I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. While I haven't sampled other items on the menu, my kids and I always choose this restaurant whenever we're in Harrisburg. The food is consistently fresh and made with real ingredients, which I really value. Additionally, the portion sizes are quite generous. I was pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant. Though it's small with a limited staff, the flavors are impressive. I ordered the sweet and sour pork, a sushi sampler, and some hot and sour soup. It far exceeded typical buffet food—everything was hot, flavorful, and fresh. It's a great spot for a lunch break!

We ordered takeout on Christmas Eve and were extremely satisfied with our meal. We enjoyed General Tso's Chicken and Singapore Chow Mei Fun. The chicken was both crispy and juicy, and the noodles were seasoned to perfection. I planned to save half for later, but it was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating. I highly recommend Hong Kong City!

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant. The food is good and priced well. We get combos and extra egg rolls and crab rangoons. This is the best Chinese in the area that I know of. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. It offers some of the best sushi you can find. The rolls are consistently generous in size and perfectly rolled. The Thai and Chinese dishes on the menu are also delicious, making it a fantastic choice for groups. Even if someone in your party isn't a fan of sushi, there are plenty of other options to try. Don't miss out on their fantastic lunch specials available from 11 AM to 3 PM.
