"I recently discovered this place thanks to my boyfriend, and I love it! Now, we both find ourselves craving Shiro Kuma all the time. Snow cream is so much better than ice cream for so many reasons, and I had no idea until I tried it here. I really wish there were more locations. Lately, they’ve been a bit inconsistent with their cash payment policy—sometimes they accept cash, and sometimes they don’t. It gets a little tricky since you can’t tell unless you call ahead. Apart from that minor annoyance, I have no complaints. Any mistakes they’ve made with my order have always been fixed promptly, without any extra charge or hassle. I really hope they open more locations soon; I never want to go back to life before discovering Snow Cream!"

"We had lunch here based on the high ratings on Google and were not disappointed. The food was excellent! We had the Lao Jerky appetizer and it was amazing! I don't know that I've ever had anything quite like it. Two of us had pad Thai (one with chicken and one with shrimp) and our other colleague had the green curry. We all really liked our dishes and plan to be back soon. Two of us said that it might be our favorite Thai place in town. Highly recommend!"

"These are the best donuts ever! I have been on a donut kick recently and have tried several donut places including Donut Boy, Shane's Donuts, Donut Star, and Duck Donuts and THIS one was hands down the absolute best. I especially loved their maple cream bar, raspberry filled, and their buttermilk bar. Even though I liked those ones, every single one I tried out of the box of 7 I bought was so fresh and doughy. Exactly how you want a donut to taste. I like the consistency of their dough and their glazes, fillings, and creams have the perfect sweetness (I don't like sickly sweet). 10/10 Can't recommend them enough."

"I ordered a Hot Caramel Cielo, but it turned out to be essentially just hot caramel water. The 20 oz cup I received was only half full, and despite ordering whipped cream, it was evident that it wasn't added on top or mixed in. All I wanted this morning was a strong, hot coffee— I even paid extra for an additional shot of espresso—but I was very disappointed with what I ended up with. It felt like I spent $9 on flavored water. This location seems to be getting worse and worse."
