Hook Reel Cajun Seafood

It is crazy how I made my order directly on the website and they gave me a pickup eta of 7:23, I got to the restaurant at 7:30 and I've been waiting for over 1/2 hour for my food to be ready. There's people here waiting for over 45 minutes.

The manager Anthony and our server Ivy were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. The location was very clean, and well kept. The atmosphere made for a great birthday celebration for my sister. Definitely recommend!

I waitress with a female long brown hair she was suoer nice. Have reservations yesterday Friday for 6 PM. however surprisingly it was not busy whatsoever did not need reservations it was better to have. Their outdoor seating is a simple set up nothing too fancy. It was very sunny that day though thankfully I picked seats with the only shady part!! The bill was $73 for two people. The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. Our hostess, Casey, was incredible—she was friendly, humorous, knowledgeable, and very attentive. She suggested the lobster and shrimp, which turned out to be a superb choice. The meal was served hot and was quite satisfying. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful seafood dinner with great service. If you choose to eat here, be sure to ask for Casey; you won't be disappointed!

I've visited this restaurant once before while in Staten Island and had a wonderful experience dining in with my husband. However, we ordered takeout last night, and it was a completely different story. The food was very disappointing; it definitely seemed like a different cook was in the kitchen. We ordered two chicken wing combos, and they not only left the seasonings on the side but also forgot the fries for both orders. Additionally, we tried the "Real Catch," and it tasted so bland. The store manager is very nice! He turned the biggest tv on for my son to watch cartoons on! Love that! Anything family friendly I love especially with extra kindness towards the kids love it! The food is amazing! My mom definitely enjoyed her lobster tail! The area is nice never crowded air conditioning inside as well bathroom is very clean as well I love the scenery of the under water look my son especially loved the pirate soon as u walk in. It’s great for a date it’s great for family it’s great if ur celebrating a birthday honestly it’s great for any occasion! Just go!

We weren't even planning to get seafood; we were actually headed for Wingstop when we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a shot. What a disappointment it turned out to be. While the seafood seemed fresh, there was hardly any sauce. The manager or host assured us that their special sauce was worth trying, so we ordered 3 pounds of crawfish and 2 clusters of snow crab legs to go, which cost us over $80. Sadly, the sauce they touted as the best was far from flavorful—just excessively salty. Plus, there was barely any sauce on the seafood at all. My family and I went out to eat here and the experience was horrific. The food was just terrible.. From the appetizers to the main dishes we ordered. The menu was pretty limited and pricey for what they were offering. I ordered crab fries and it was topped with initiation crab meat. Being that this is a seafood restaurant I didn't think they would even sell fake crab. It was definitely not worth the price. The lobster bisque was cold and extremely thick....
