"I can't believe I didn't know about this restaurant before! The flavors, the food, and the authenticity are simply amazing! Hooks has made its way into my top 10 must-visit places. The whole fish was absolutely exquisite, ranking in my top 5 whole fish dishes available in the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a homey atmosphere. I give it a perfect score of 10/10 and can't wait to go back!"

I've eaten here twice now, and it has firmly become my go-to spot for a shrimp po' boy. The bread is always fresh, the shrimp are consistently crispy, and the lettuce and tomatoes are also fresh. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5

I don't give out 5 stars but this place is worth it. Fryed our wings n these big fries are just delicious. Everything super hot n sooo good. Even gave us house sauce to try out. Prices are no more than other places.. going back tomorrow. You won't be sorry View menu

They didn't answer the phone . Google maps put us on shopping center behind them !!Waited on person who came in right in front of us , but walked away instead of taking our order .They had 3 tables. Dirty , and 2 full of kids from gym next door waiting on rides .Overpriced, but good sandwich.Kid-friendliness: Only three tables , all dirty .

I walked into Hooks a few minutes ago at around 2:39 pm on Monday July 3rd. No one was at the counter but a guy in the kitchen saw me and then moved out of eyesight. I continued standing there for a few minutes. The guy in the kitchen moved back in eyesight, looked at me, then went out of eyesight again….I stood a little bit longer and left when no one came to take my order. Thanks for the awful service.
